The location is very good, a quiet place, close to the beach, and supermarkets.

Lovely property next to the beach, very comfortable, attention to detail, nice design, very clean. Kind and responsive host.

The kitchen has everything you need. It was helpful to have filtered drinking water, oil & vinegar, salt & pepper and slippers! We enjoyed using the windsurfing school at Moraitis beach which is walking distance. The beach is great and not too built up but still has a few beach cafes/restaurants. We had take away pizza and Souvlaki which was great and the supermarket is a few minutes drive (also does deliveries).

Fantastic stay at Zen Villa. Super friendly host, good pool, beautifull lush garden, really nice decorated house and close to the beach. It really exceeded our expectations, would recommend it to anyone. Our children (11, 9 and 7) said it was the highlight of their Greece trip and the owner was very nice about and didn't mind at all the noice and loud screems our swimming and playing kids made.

Marvellous place, in the middle of nowhere. Walking distance to the sandy beach. It is easy here to rest and forget about everything for the while at least.

Zen Villa in Schinias is simply splendid. We loved everything! The drive down led us through a scenic route of lush trees, which in hindsight was a precursor to the serenity we found when we arrived at the property. The cabana, pool, and multiple outdoor dining areas were all lovely. The kitchen was outfitted with everything we needed to prepare meals. The open concept layout made lounging indoors as easy and fun as lounging outdoors by cabana or the outdoor sofas. Despite the summer heat, there was always a breeze from the surrounding trees. My favorite details on the property are the plethora of charming, hand painted “matakia” hanging or tucked up throughout the property. Manina, the host, is pleasant, helpful, enigmatic and an absolute pleasure to chat with if you have the chance. Our short stay at Zen Villa in Schinias was the perfect respite for the end of our summer vacation. We highly recommend it!
