Large, Clean and well eqiupped apartment. Easy check in and key collection. Ok for 5 people

The outside areas and surroundings were un-charming

Clean and comfortable accommodation with the necessary equipment. Not far from the beach.

The host charged me a higher price than in the contract. No one has explained it to me until now.

The flat has private parking which is fantastic. The building is new which is great. Very safe and secure.

The price we paid for the apartment was high and what we got was not reflected in this price. The apartment is new which is the main good thing about it. The sink leaked which we reported and the shower panels also leaked . The picture that show on booking.com is not the apartment we stayed so its misleading. We booked an apartment as we wanted to cook food as we have dietary needs and the kitchen space was barely enough. Its sold as 4 person place but with me my wife and 8 year son we barely had enough space . The apartment was not very clean as we found sand in the drawer in the bathroom. My wife wanted to give the floor a hoover but when she started to hoover she realised the hoover was CHEAP and would possibly do damage to the floor as the bottom is so hard. It would have sanded the floor rather than hoover it. We are in the property rental business ourselves and I can honestly say if the landlord wants to keep business positive they need to invest money into the flat. I nearly always look for positives when renting as we rent propertys ourselves but for the price and what we got i have no other choice. Get a proper hoover fix the sink and shower and maybe do a bit of decorating. The apartment is also a little bit away from centre of town but thats not the end of the world. The photos which you see on the Internet is NOT what we got. I understand the other flats are all privately owned so they can be all completely different. We are ONLY speaking about our flat. Another thing is that the flat didn't have Internet in this day and ago how is this possible.... DEFINITELY not worth the money!!!!

A) Apartment was very functional, ideal for 6 person. B) Well equipped kitchen. C) 10 mint walk to beach and shops. D) Basement parking.

A) For 6 person Apartment there is only one parking place. Thanks to reception boys manage to get 2nd place. B) Toiletries were missing. C) Only 1 roll of toilet paper. D) During hot weather without AC will be difficult to stay. E) No wifi F) No information about the construction nearby and upper floor. Work started before 7am that was really disturbing. G) During booking, Apartment photos were different then what was in real. We were expecting different.
