Location was perfect walking distance from the beach and there is a supermarket at close proximity to purchase food to prepare and toiletries. Cute and spacious, perfect for the occasion.
The main bedroom closest to the balcony, the bed did not have clean sheets. I found the sheet that wraps the mattress to be stained, found multiple hairs on it and sand. Obviously the sheets were not replaced after the last tenants. Pretty gross.

La casa estaba muy limpia y muy completa. Ramón es una persona encantadora. Nos recibió en la casa y nos explicó todo el funcionamiento del agua caliente, etc. Hay un Mercadona al lado y la playa muy cerca. Estuvimos solo dos noches y si volvemos a valencia repetiremos sin dudarlo.

The apartment is 5 minutes walk to the beach and the supermarket Merkadona. The apartment is fully equipped, there is everything you need, include some food, we also left some water, pasta, flour, oil and tomatoes for the next guests.
It was very dark in the apartment, there are no windows in the rooms and the kitchen except in one bedroom. The walls are very thin, you can hear everything from the street and neighbours.

The host is an old man, he speaks only Spanish, all the instructions are made in Spanish, that’s why there was misunderstanding about the time of departure. We have asked to check out at 15.00 and the host said there was no problem at all. Then he forgot about that and at 12.00 he was at us, claiming to go away immediately. It was a great stress for the whole family to pack the things in such a hurry. The host was very unfriendly und said no „goodbye“.

spaciousness for family of 4 was fantastic. immaculately clean, lots of condiments, nice little balcony. Short 4 min walk to beach, 15mins stroll to marina and nice restaurants, 2 mins to big supermarket, 1 block to bus stop.
we enjoyed our time here, very relaxing and fantastic early summer weather for us!!!😊

The location was ideal. Only a few minutes walk to the beach, where you can choose to be active; walking, running, volleyball, soccer & swimming or relax & enjoy dining al fresco. There are paddle tennis & tennis courts in street next to apartment & a public swimming pool 15 mins walk away. Good supermarkets also nearby.
There is also a bus stop 2 mins from apartment that will bring you to city, shopping centres & science park.

The location is very close to the beach and also close to the Universitat Politècnica de València. The owner was helpful and friendly, he helped to solve our problems and additionally took care of the coordination of our transfer from the airport. The apartment was tidy, it had all the necessities of living there, also wifi connection was great.

Was a nice surprise to have 3 separate bedrooms. Very comfortable beds, clean sheets. Size of the apartment was very good for the family of 4. Very clean, with good renos (Bien estado). Modern and functional. Convenient location - 3 min walk to supermarket, plenty of small eateries around, 10-15 min walk to the beach and promenade with larger restaurants, beer houses etc. Bus service, taxis - everything close by. Elevator access if you need it.
Very accommodating host Ramon, speaks Spanish only - but that wasn't a problem for us. Unlike other places we stayed to, he was very easy with us getting ready and moving an hour later (try to get kids organized :). Overall very comfortable stay, right on for money paid. Thank you.

The Host and his whole helpers were all superfriendly. The Appartment was perfect, the host only speaks spanish, but he has friends and family who speaks english and helps you out when there is a problem!
