quite location; easy parking on street outside

pretty basic tv channel options (but i have sky at home so probably just spoilt normally!) could do with a few more bits of cooking utensils.

Nice accommodation, had everything we needed for a few days stay, kitchen with an oven/hob/microwave/kettle, utensils etc. Very good location, a short 5-min walk to the town centre. Nice town, lots of shops and restaurants, castle ruins in the town centre which have occasional events.

Comfortable and clean. Great location. Easy to park.

The apartment was clean for the most part. There were a few cobwebs in the corners but other than that it was very nice.

The location was excellent and all instructions to access property was clear. Met my needs and would Use again when in the area

There was nothing to complain about

Apartment was well appointed, clean and located with its own free on street residents parking less than 10 minutes walk to the centre of Newark and 2 minutes to a local pub Oscars serving 6 real ales and great food. Photo shows a pizza from Oscars. Apartment also has a selection of local takeaways.

Nothing was out of place.

There was no hanging rail for or wardrobe for clothes. There was less than half a toilet roll for two adults staying for four days and no toilet brush provided.

Just minutes walk from town, in a proper neighbourhood with one great and one pretty good pub within 5 mins walk and a Co-Op. Flat was spotless and a good size, comfy bed, with nearly everything I needed for my weekend stay. Would definitely book again - good communication with the host and good value for money I thought given how weekend rentals on Booking.com and Air BnB seem to have gone up a lot recently.

Nothing much. The oven was a bit noisy while cooling down and no corkscrew or toilet brush - contacted the host who was on the case. Sofa would have been a bit small if I was with someone, but was out and about most of the time, so not really a problem.
