Персонал очень ужасный, ни как с могли сделать счет об оплате, два дня бегаем за ними. До сих пор не предоставили. Хотя бы скан версию. Говорят что ихние бухгалтер в отпуске. Так не должно быть.

It was a good location. Flat was spacious and warm.

Had contacted host before visit to ask if washing machine was usable and they assured us it was. However it was disgusting with black mold and water left in it. Couldn't use it. One bed was broken in the middle and very uncomfortable. Another was just a mattress on the floor. The double matress we weren't using was stained. I intentionally did not look at our mattress or I might not have slept. Kettle had so much limescale that I used a pan instead. Shower head wasn't attached to wall and was over a bath.No shower which was shown in photos. Dishes left in dishwasher with stuck on food. Bags of sheets left on way in. Basically flat very tired and needs some attention.

Great location, right in the city center, close to everything. Apartment is spacious, with everything you need.

In this case the pictures ste better than reality. Furniture is a bit old, needs a little upgrade.

Reality is totally different than photos. Everything was dirty, stale and dried up kitchenware in dishwasher, black mould in washing machine. 1 bed fell apart, 1 was ok, other were not beds at all, just matresses on the floor.

Really, the only good thing about this apartment was the location. Couldn't have been better. We also got enough towels and some soaps and the wifi worked well, which was nice. But that said, the rest was pretty shocking and I would highly recommend Booking.com to take this listing off their website until the owner has fixed some major issues.

The photos do not represent reality AT ALL. The flat is dark, furniture across the flat was broken, mattresses were dirty, one of the beds turned out to be a couch with no legs, the washing machine was absolutely plain filthy and thus unusable, lights didn't work and the sockets even fell out of the walls - so dangerous! There was also just one set of keys (for 4! different doors, each with their own key), so between 7 people it was near impossible to manage this going out and coming in a different times. One of the bedrooms was next to the lift shaft, which made so much noise it was impossible to sleep. Oh, the shower was also not attached to the wall, so you had to hold it up when washing, impossible to do and without a shower curtain, everything gets wet. For the serious amount of money we paid, we were deeply disappointed, but had to finish our stay as there were no longer different options available.
