We loved Sven's apartment! It is well equipped, and the view from the balcony is just amazing. The people who look after the flat are extremely helpful and friendly. The apartment is perfectly located, close to the restaurants/shops and beautiful beaches.

Beautiful view, nicely decorated studio with everything you might need for short term stay.
The whole building project is enormously big. Key collecting is at the reception which is far away from apartment. There is no elevator on the ground floor, only from 1st floor so it was really inconvenient because we were with kids and with heavy luggage and during 15 minutes search we have succeeded to come to knowledge with these facts:
- find the right elevator for 4 persons and 2 luggage which only goes from the 1st floor on the opposite side of the building entrance. You will collect only one key that opens both, an apartment and an elevator, so we couldn't stay apart from each other because if the first two persons go with the elevator, the other two stay without the key and the elevator will not start to lift them up. So, you must find big elevator if there is more then two persons.
- When you come on the second floor, then you must search an apartment by letter and number, which will take some time through 100m long second-floor corridor. The building is huge!
- From Airport take taxi or Uber because train station is far away if you carry luggage
Our flight was delayed so instead at 6pm we arrived at 8 pm, and there was nobody to wait for us and lead us to apartment. We just received address and SMS messages from property agency worker who didn't gave us necessary information that I have mentioned above. Second day, she just came to receive the deposit money and we've asked if she can use some Viber/Telegram/ Whats Up for better communication, because she had to came one more time to return deposit back to us and take the keys from apartment. She have informed us that other colleague worker will came to meet us and return back the money before departure. Fortunately she arrived on time and everything was ok at the end.
Nice and clean apartment but with poor management.

The apartment is perfectly located in the marina, a quiet area. 10 min walk to the train station from where we could travel along the Coast. Shops, restaurants, beaches were nearby, and pretty much anything we needed was close. Definitely would visit again!
We were visiting with a baby stroller and had some trouble walking into the building as there is a lot of stairs everywhere. After a few days, we discovered that there is one exit that we can use completely without stars, from the elevator directly to the street.

The apartment was just the right size for one or two people. Nice view from the balcony, good kitchen and bathroom. Once I had explored a bit there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby, and easy access to other places such as Antibes and Cannes along the coast from the railway station nearby. Handy supermarket downstairs in the same block.
Maybe the host could consider adding some advice about how to get to the apartment? I arrived in a taxi, but if I had arrived on foot from the railway station it might have been hard to find in the dark. Also, some information about the local area would be useful in the apartment, such as the local area map from the tourist information office.
