The location was excellent!!! The pool was the perfect size for kids.
the bathrooms were odd. I had to bend all the way over to brush my teeth.

The lake house needs many upgrades !! The pool and hot tub are really outdated!!

The view from our room good. Quiet.
There was a power outage from 9pm to 7am on evening we arrived. We were given a flashlight. No compensation at all. Even though they knew about outage for two weeks - they could have prepared the huge common area to a nice gathering spot with lanterns, battery lights, glass of wine, music - but no - everyone was left in dark rooms to fend for themselves. Really very disappointed when it could have been a great chance for hotel to step up - especially at what they charge.

Breakfast at the dancing bears was very good.
Town, shopping and restaurants were in walking distance. Sight seeing options were just a quick drive away.
Room was on the smaller side for 4 people.
Bathroom was also small, and had no ventilation fan.
Air conditioning unit did not function consistently.

The Lake House was good . Staff is great. Receptionists was polite and helpful. In the restaurant we expected more food options. Service was great. The pool and the hot tub made our stay better since was a rainy night …
No direct access to the lake.And would be better to have more lights in the front of the main entrance

I loved that the room was spacious, and the beds comfortable. I also appreciated a decent-sized refrigerator and table to eat on, because we were eating in due to covid. We loved the bar/game room, and can't forget the dog-friendly atmosphere, which was awesome!

Location was wonderful ,walking distance from the village. The room was cozy and on ground level so taking my dog out was easy.
I thought $45 was a bit much for dog fee

Love the room and location
Staff was not overly friendly when I checked in-asked for early check in-room not ready had to wait 1 1/2 hours for room
We stayed at the Lake House; I was told in an email that the bar at the Lake House would be open during our stay and it was not-lady at desk just kept saying it's not open-no explanation as to why not
It snowed 10" while we were there and the staff never shoveled off the steps to go out front-we trudged through the snow to get to the street
