Cottage is Literally ON the Beach! Private Garage Parking & Private Side Yard
Cottage pittoresque, littéralement sur la plage. Ouvrez la porte d'entrée et entrez dans le sable d'Ocean Beach. La plage est immense et ouverte devant vous.
Le chalet a été fraîchement peint et décoré. C'est l'endroit idéal pour passer un bon moment. Un lit QUEEN dans la chambre et DEUX canapés-lits pliants dans le salon permettent de dormir confortablement pour 4 adultes s'il y a un adulte par canapé-lit. Vous pourriez peut-être dormir quelques enfants sur chaque canapé-lit, augmentant la capacité à 6 en théorie. Il y a aussi un lit d'air double dans le placard pour votre usage.
Il y a une unité de climatisation montée dans la fenêtre dans la chambre et un radiateur portatif au cas où nos (rares) nuits à 50 degrés sont trop froides pour vous.
Un réfrigérateur pleine grandeur et une cuisinière à gaz vous seront utiles pour toute cuisson ou refroidissement que vous souhaitez faire. La cuisine est équipée d'un micro-ondes et d'une cafetière. À l'extérieur de la porte de la cuisine se trouve une cour latérale de belle taille accessible uniquement à votre unité dans laquelle vous pouvez faire un barbecue ou simplement vous détendre sans être dans le mélange public sur le sable.
Le garage pour deux voitures est pour votre usage seul et est l'entrée principale de la propriété. Il y a un code clé sur la porte et traversez simplement le garage et la cour latérale pour entrer par la porte latérale de la cuisine OU vous pouvez passer par le sable le long de la façade du chalet pour entrer par la porte d'entrée.
Il y a une laveuse et une sécheuse dans le garage pour votre usage. Dans le garage, vous trouverez également des chaises de plage, une petite glacière et un parasol que vous pourrez utiliser pendant votre séjour.

Having your own garage to park in which opens to your own private yard, porch and bungalow was perfect. The OB Surf Lodge right around the corner has fantastic food and drinks as well. We will definitely stay here again. Ocean Beach has so many great places to eat and shop within walking distance. Sitting on the porch enjoying the surfers and all of the beach action was just what we needed.

The cottage is well-maintained and perfect for a family of 4. We stayed the week of the 4th of July and we had the best time. The cottage has garage parking, an outdoor shower, everything you would need for the beach (chairs, umbrellas, etc) and an amazing view. We're going to make it our annual place to stay.

A cute little place literally on the beach. Enjoyed opening the door hearing the waves. Every extra thing available to enjoy some beach time, chairs, blankets, towels, umbrellas,, cooler, toys. Owner directed us to an amazing farmers market walking distance from cottage that was amazing. Wish we had more time.

This property is in a great location right on the beach. The views are awesome and the location is great for exploring ocean beach. Communication with the property owners was great and they were accommodating to our early check in and even offered a later check out time. They also provided some great fruit and snacks for us. Definitely recommend this place for couples looking to stay on the beach in San Diego.

This property is amazing - if you are looking to be "on the beach" and have private parking, and have a patio, and have a huge picture window to look out in any weather, a volleyball tournament to watch almost nightly, and world class surfing within a 1 minute walk, that along with amazing restaurants within walking distance and a market for those 'oops' I forgot the ---- also within walking distance. Would have liked to stay a MONTH... and will return for sure! This is the vacation spot for those who love the beach and the ocean air!

We've stayed at this property twice now and cannot say enough about the amazing location. Having direct access to the beach is our favorite part. Ocean Beach is such a funky, unique community and although there are quite a few homeless people in the area, we do not feel unsafe bringing our family here.

The property and location was perfect for our family of 4, the kids could run out into the beach anytime and the house was well equipped with beach chairs, toys, etc. Communication with the owner and manager was great and we felt very supported during the rental process. This cute, tiny house was an ideal home base for our family of four while visiting San Diego. The property is clean and comfortable. You step out the front door onto the beach - what a dream! The fold out couches are very comfortable.
The property manager was very attentive and provided a lot of great info about the house and the Ocean Beach neighborhood. Our girls enjoyed rolling down the sand mounds on the beach. I found the volleyball games out front very entertaining to watch. We all enjoyed spectacular sunsets and walks down the nearby pier.
The house is right under the SAN airport flight path, but this didn't really bother us. I noted ear plugs were provided in case this did bother someone. The OB neighborhood itself could be described as "gritty" which may be uncomfortable for some families.
Overall, we highly recommend this property.

This is truly the place to stay! The cottage is right on the beach and walking distance to Newport Avenue. We enjoyed the proximity to shops, markets and cafes. My wife went to nearby Sunset Cliffs and hiked and did a yoga class at sunset. Every evening at the cottage we watched the sunset and ate dinner on the patio. The people in the area were laid back, friendly and the overall vibe was welcoming and relaxing. We did not want to leave! Delia who cleans and cares for the house welcomed us and gave us some restaurant suggestions. She was so very kind. The cottage had everything we could ever need, was clean and comfortable. We did not want to leave this little place in paradise-truly THE place to stay. So, we will definitely be going back!

Staying in the cottage was better than any upscale hotel ever could be. Ocean sounds, breeze, amazing views, and located near so much. Ocean Beach Gem
Had a great time staying here. Loved stepping onto the sand as soon as you open the door. We enjoyed making s’mores over fire pit a couple of nights. Cottage was clean and we felt safe (which are two things that were important to me). Restaurants and shops are walking distance from cottage. I really liked that we could wash our clothes and not have to wash it until I returned home. Abe was a great host. He answered any questions I had and also made suggestions on what to do in the area. Delia was very helpful and friendly as well. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Weekend at the beach
My wife and I visit this area of San Diego every other year or so. Usually stay at Pacific Beach but thought we’d try something a little different. This is a quaint old cottage right on the beach. Reminded us of a rental we used to own. A lot of beach activity Saturday & Sunday, quieter earlier in the week. It’s a short walk to good food and groceries.

Good things come in small packages, this cottage is located right on the beach, so you get a great view of the waves and activities all the time.
Sure it is smaller than other options, but the location, side yard, and deck space help to make up for that, and it is a short walk to food and fun.
