We had a great time at Nathan’s property! Beautiful location and he is a great host!

We loved the house as it's sitting on a little hill with an amazing view of the distant city. The owner is very friendly and accommodating. It's a hidden jewel in the mountain.

Everything was super! The beds were comfortable, linens were great, bathroom was well equipped. We were also very lucky to see several animals including a momma bear and 2 cubs!!

We were there just for the night, but would definitely make a return trip if we were in the area again. They made it amazingly easy to check in and had plenty to do!

Booked our stay when looking for a stopping point on our back from the coast and close to Asheville. Location is convenient to Downtown Hendersonville, Jump Off Rock, and DuPont State Park and the waterfalls are only 9 mi away. We were going to go to Asheville and the Biltmore but never did because so much to do in Hendersonville. The listing was clean and well appointed. You only get the bottom level but more than spacious for our family of 5. Pictures did not fully capture how big the area is. When we were there we saw deer and wild turkey in the yard. There is an adjoining trail to Jump Off Rock just behind the house and the kids loved the little driving range. Highly recommend and will stay again if passing through. We may have to return to the area for a longer stay to explore.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated Nathan helping us feel at home with fish food for the kids and the amenities. Great option for proximity to hikes and Hendersonville for some great food! Even a great hike right from the property!

We enjoyed your beautiful place celebrating our granddaughter’s 16th birthday with a trip to Biltmore and other sites! The view is stunning…We will recommend to others!

This VRBO was about 15 minutes out of our way but way worth it! We slept comfortably in the creatively decorated finished basement. There was even amazing fireplace, kitchen area ( mini refrigerator and sink ), workout gym and big spacious rooms. We got in later than we expected and would have loved to see a sunset. It was peaceful and we felt very safe. It was very clean and I hope to come back asap. Although I thought we were staying on the main level, we were happy with our accommodations. The AMAZING views of the mountains that you see when you are on the swing is AWESOME. There are plenty of boardgames too! When we arrived the walk up to our VRBO was very inviting and quaint.

The views…. I could have sat on the porch all night. The space was great for the 4 of us. Beds were super cozy and comfortable. We enjoyed the binoculars, bird watching, hitting golf balls, and rocking on the porch! Would love to come back when I have more time to explore and hike!

We absolutely were in love with this stay! Everything provided was perfect from the 3 bedrooms, bath and living area to the knockout gorgeous views. But the best was the outside porch with swing to watch the wildlife in the field aka the golf green. Definitely a place I want to stay again and again.

The hiking trail was immaculate & cliff views were superb. Property was all you could ask for & process was smooth and easy. Super affordable and way better than any hotel experience. Golf hole was icing on the cake. Thanks again! 10/10

My only regret is that we couldn't stay longer! Charming, beautiful property great for our family of 5. We will be back!

Gorgeous long range mountain views. Beautiful, comfortable 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom. Bathroom was huge. Quiet serene place. Host was most accommodating, supplying everything i asked for. He responds promptly. Recommended an excellent tire repair shop when i needed one.

Awe stayed for 3 nights over the weekend. We arrived at night (which I would not recommend doing for the first time you get there) and we did get a little lost. The host provided great directions, just being it the dark made it very challenging. It was very much worth the view! Beautiful place with a great set up for small kids and parents too. The host was very kind and even set out some fish food for our son to feed the koi pond with. Fit great for what we needed!

We live just south of Raleigh and found this beautiful place for a quick trip to the mountains for some hiking. Loved the scenery, golfing, wildlife. Clean and spacious place. Highly recommend!

Liked it so much we went back for another night. Hendersonville is a great town and this is the perfect place to explore it from.

This was our first time doing this and it was perfect! Beautiful location with stunning views. The check-in process was very simple. The rental was clean and a great open space! Location was close to restaurants and downtown Hendersonville. We would absolutely stay again.

You will love this place!! It started with the hosts, they were quick to answer questions while I was looking so I could make my decision and book the property. They went out of their way accommodate us even adding a fire pit because we asked about bringing one. The price was reasonable and the place was spectacular. It was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed. The views were beautiful, great for early morning coffee and a glass of wine at dusk. The wild turkeys and deer were a bonus. We would stay here again!

First I want to say that it is a gorgeous home with a breathtaking view. When we arrived we immediately turned on the fireplace. Unfortunately there was an EXTREMELY strong gas smell that did not dissipate after letting it run. I contacted the owner and let him know we were very concerned and that I acquired a very bad headache and nausea in a matter of minutes. Also asked him if there was a carbon monoxide detector on the premise. He said there was not but he would be glad to pick one up. Later that night he came back with a new detector and also offered us a full refund if we wanted to leave. I told him I would highly recommend getting that fireplace checked out by a professional. My friends didn’t think it would be worth while to pack everything up and start a new search for another place so we decided to stay where we were even though the fireplace was a big draw. Also the living room area on the listing did not match what was actually there. Furniture looked a lot more in a used “out dated” condition, magazines on table were thrown together in a disorganized way with 80% of them being outdated. Also in the listing under Popular Amenities was a Kitchen. Again very outdated and basically had a tiny sink, microwave, and small frig. We planned on cooking one meal but could not due to no stove. There were a few water glasses and coffee cups but no wine glasses. All in all we expected the place to be a lot cleaner and more updated in furnishings.

Beautiful views and comfortable stay. Only wish there toilet paper wasn’t one ply! Otherwise, it was great.

We had a great visit in Hendersonville. The property was beautiful, beds were comfy, and we had all we needed. We enjoyed board games, reading by the fire, and shooting basketball indoors, and the golf tee and wildlife sightings outdoors. We saw several deer and turkeys, as well as a white squirrel! Our favorite part was the close proximity to Jump Off Rock and the trail that led right to it from the back of the house. We enjoyed tromping through the woods with our kids just before sunset. The view from the porch of the house is unbeatable. We have never stayed anywhere with such long-range views.

I am a repeat customer at this property and certainly plan to return again. Beautiful views, comfortable beds, quick access to activities and restaurants. Quick and helpful communication. Great all around!

The host was great! The property was beautiful and peaceful. It’s so close to Hendersonville yet miles away from the hustle. There is a short mountain drive to get here, it was so beautiful along the road though. The house was great. Just wish they had two bathrooms. That’s the only thing I would change. Everything else was great!!!

Right amount of space for me and my three friends. Beautiful view and easy access to a nice trail right behind the house. We ran into the host on the way in, very kind and accomodating fellow, gave us some local pointers. Would recommend to anyone looking for a short stay!
