Very close to the sea. When you with children this is important. Also this caravan place is very quiet maybe because is not season yet. Children have nice playground .also nice pool to enjoy with children

My caravan was full of dog hair a special on the sofa where we siting. The tv very small computer size. The materac in the main bedroom use so many time very uncomfortable for sleeping. Also when booking my caravan was different pictures and getting different caravan.

It was bright and airy. New kitchen and bathrooms. Safe and secure. Bedding was nice and fresh and new. Shower was amazing great pressure and hot every time. Kitchen had all utensils you need.

Staff hadn’t cleaned kitchen or sofa properly, also bin had last persons scum in it which caused lots of ants! Also the main bed was pretty uncomfortable.

sat nav reception poor so no code came thru to my mobile to get collection of keys until next day! no entry key to barrier to site given for arrival to site, no sheets/duvet cover/ pillow cases for fold down double bed broken bed side light not working, no TV working in property all stay, no towels provided, was not informed had to upgrade to get them. not enough washing up liquid provided

Perfect size caravan for our family, comfortable had everything we needed.

Tried to call on the day and no answer from either phone numbers. I emailed and received a call back which answered my question.

Clean tidy friendly staff.. only one play park but two more right next door great little pool.small shop bit pricey but good to have. Pub down the road nice food,but only the main road to walk on so took the car.

No restaurant drinks were expensive 3.45 for a pepsi or J20.

We enjoyed a peaceful time and were pleased to note how much effort is made to keep the park looking clean and smart.

On our last evening a party arrived at the house by the park entrance and allowed their children to ride their bikes and toys up and down the road until late in the evening upsetting all the dogs on the park; between the shrieks of the children, barking of dogs and ineffectual efforts to control the children it was not to our taste, and we were glad that we were leaving in the morning. We made a mental note not to visit the park during any school holidays.

Peace and quiet

Caravan was absolutely spot on! Immaculate. Comfortable. Well equipped and loved the extra touch of the cleaning items very impressed 10/10 the caravan site was very clean very quiet and peaceful. Sea right on the doorstep

Weve stayed on mersea island several times over the last ten years but this is the 1st time we had stayed at this resort. Sadly in comparison to other nearby sites i was a little disappointed in the facilities the club house was very small and didn't have any entertainment of any kind. It boasts an adventure playground but literally had 4 things that couldnt be used as they were covered in seagul poop. The indoor pool was OK but was made of plastic seemed cheap n dare I say a bit tacky. Sad because this site right next to cudgrove could be amazing
