Bay View Cottage est une toute nouvelle location avec un quai situé sur le canal de Pelican Bay, Russell Island. Everything you need for a vacation in the Bahamas. All of our needs were met. Ross and Stella are amazing Hosts!

During our 1,300+ mile cruise through The Bahamas, this was by far our best stay. This house was perfect in all aspects. It was perfectly setup for boaters, on the sheltered Pelican Bay. The owners couldn't have been more pleasant, providing us with local knowledge, homemade "goodies", the feeling of being "home", and privacy. This was the first time visiting the Spanish Wells area, and we fell in love with it. I would highly recommend this home to anyone, both boaters and non-boaters. We are planning on retuning next year.

This house was the perfect size for our group of 5 friends! It was so clean and comfortable. The dock was the perfect way to start and end our days, we brought floats to hang out on in the water. The day we did a boat excursion we were able to get picked up right outside our house at the dock. There were so many towels for us to use, the grill worked great, and the golf cart we rented through the house ran well. Stella and Ross were welcoming and very helpful! Stella’s mango bread was delicious :) Thank you two for the best and most relaxing senior spring break we could have asked for!! We made lifelong memories!

We continue to return to this lovely place every year. My husband and I are on a boat which we dock in front of the house. Then family and friends fly in to meet us. The hosts are fantastic. We have many happy memories here!

This was our 4th trip back to this VRBO in Spanish Wells! It is the PERFECT place to stay!!! Can’t imagine staying anywhere else! The Hosts are amazing! The dock is SO convenient and the cottage is laid out perfectly and has everything anyone would need. It deserves our highest recommendation and we can’t wait to come back!!!

The owner met us at the dock, helped transport our luggage. The house was perfect for us. Tied the boat up right in front. Ross made us an amazing conch salad. Such a great stay in spite of not perfect weather! Very highly recommend this house!!!!!

This house was absolutely perfect for our family of 6. We rented a boat, so we spent a lot of time fishing and exploring the area by water. Ross made us feel perfectly at home. We could have chatted for hours! The manatees even paid us a visit! An amazing week!

The property and experience exceeded expectation. The house was amazing, it had ample space for our group of 6 adults, well thought out design that provided an easy flow. A quick golf cart ride and you can find anything you need, but for us the dock in front of the house was a huge value add for our 2 boats. This tucked away location is perfect for any inclement weather, and made for easy loading/unloading of the boats after a day or fishing/exploring. Highly recommend. We will be back!

The place was very clean and spacious with a spot to tie up our sailboat that is very protected and right outaide our front door. Golf cart rental was coordinated through Ross as was pick up and delivery from airport. Highly recommend!

This was one of the best vacations we've ever had! Ross and Stella are fabulous hosts! Throughout our stay they went out of their way to help us. It started as soon as we got off the ferry in Spanish Wells. Ross took our luggage in his cart and we drove his rental cart back to his place. The day before we were supposed to take the ferry back to Nassau, we received a call telling us the ferry was broken and that we needed to find another way to get back to Nassau. After trying all the airlines and finding out that they were all booked, Ross came to our rescue and helped us make arrangements to charter a plane.
By the way, I neglected to write that their house is gorgeous and exceeded our expectations! Everyone in our party felt like we were long lost cousins.

Ross and Stella were excellent hosts. They are on site in the home next door, but so kind and thoughtful. They give you your space, but are very responsive if you need anything. The house is exactly as listed. Kitchen is stocked for those of us that like to prepare our own meals. Boat access with the dock is very convenient for daily adventures on the beautiful Bahama Blue waters. Kids loved fishing off of the dock out front and jumping in the canal. We will most definitely be back!! Thanks for making us feel at home away from home.

We had a lovely vacation in pelican Bay, Spanish Wells. The house was perfect for us. Our host and hostess met all of our needs. They were very attentive and kind!! Definitely a great trip with lots of memories!!

Easter Family
My brothers family and mine said here for 5 nights. This consisted of kids 10, 7, 6, 4 and 1 and 4 parents. The house fit us comfortably. The hosts made us feel welcome and were always nearby if there was any issues, and the cookies were a great treat for all. It was great to be able to pull the boat up and park right there. The kids loved being able to fish on the dock (catch and release), and jump into the water and climb back up. As always Spanish Wells was great, and we even got a goodbye from a Manatee at the house dock as we were leaving. Would highly recommend

Awesome Stay
We spent two weeks in late March staying at this beautiful house. The location is right on the water and has plenty of outdoor seating to enjoy the beautiful view, the fish, manatees and sea turtles. There were six of us and we all loved the comfortable beds, plenty of towels and well stocked kitchen. Ross and Stella are the best hosts, making us feel so welcomed and spoiling us with freshly made conch salad that was the best we’ve ever had! Darren was also so helpful in answering questions prior to our arrival and making arrangements for transportation from ELH. We also had Bahamian lobster tails fresh from Bernard’s boat…so yummy! It was a wonderful trip!

Excellent!
We keep coming back year after year! As in our previous stays, Stella and Ross provide a fantastic experience for all. My husband and I have a safe place to dock our boat, and friends and family can join us in the comfortable, well-stocked house. Having a golf cart available was a nice addition this year. Our friends have stayed at this property in years past, and we couldn’t wait to visit and meet the hosts/owners! For those with a boat, the waterfront property is ideal, and the house itself is fresh, comfortable, spacious, and quite perfect! We loved the fresh conch salad prepared by host, Ross. Spanish Wells is a lovely relaxed community. Beaches are exquisite… Can’t wait for our next visit!

Our family spent a wonderful month at Pelican Bay View. It was the ideal place to allow us to have our boat docked right in front of the house and comfortably receive our family and friends. Access by boat is easy and very well protected. The Ross’s dock is clean and in perfect condition. On the quay and in the house are all the necessary amenities for a pleasant family stay.
Pelican Bay View is a lovely peaceful place surrounded by greenery, flowers and fruit trees. We really appreciated the peace and quiet of the area. We were 10 minutes from Spanish Wells by Golf Cart. We loved going “into town” for groceries and coming back to the tranquility of Pelican Bay View.
The welcome and kindness of Ross was remarkable. While being discreet, we felt his benevolent presence. He has done us a favor on several occasions and we are all extremely grateful to him.
Once again, thank you to Ross and Stella for the quality of their welcome.

OUTSTANDING !!!
We just spent a week at this lovely property exploring Russel Island, Spanish Wells, and the surrounding area. Being boaters this property was ideal with a 50 foot dock right at your doorstep in a very secure marina. During our stay we have 25+ mph winds and it was barely noticeable in the Pelican Bay Marina. We were six people with ourselves, kids, and grandparents and we could not have picked a better place. The owner lives right on property and is extremely helpful with anything you may need. Great rental.

Great quiet spot. House was clean and had extra blankets and pillows. Loved the deck out back and easy access to ocean. Get golf cart, you don't need a car. Everybody zips around in those. Beware of grocery times. The main one on island closes at 5! Sandbar has the best food. Budda's is a really cool spot to take kids, but not on water. Ross is the owner on the front property and is very nice. He has great stories! Propery manager was very responsive and met us at the dock to help with luggage. This area has a lot of reefs, so if you are not familiar with the area, hire someone to take you around by boat first!**** Loved loved loved this vacation.

Our experience was awesome. We had the boat right outside which was a prerequisite for us; gorgeous dock and outdoor space for relaxing any time of the day. The house is new and spacious with great WiFi. You will need a golf cart for land exploring and heading into Spanish Wells proper. Highly recommend this property. Lovely Property
This was the perfect home for my family to stay in. The listing was completely accurate everything that was stated was true. The eight days we spent at the house on Russell Island was fabulous. We will definitely be back next year.
