B&B ist gegenüber dem Hotel, aber wir könnten das Pool und halt das ganze Hotel wie die Gäste dort benutzen. Abends war sogar kleines Brunch und wir haben am Bar Hugo und Aperol bei liebe Tizia getrunken, sie war sehr nett und genauso wie die Dame beim Check in hat uns viele wertvolle Infos gegeben :)

Zu kurzer Aufenthalt

Lovely pool area in the hotel, tapas in the late afternoon in the hotel and quaint feel.

The staff were very friend on arrival. Lovely having a pool and the room and terrace was lovely. Nice to have air con.

Being next to the train track meant you could here the train and the room would shake. Shower was very small.

Close to the centre. Nice breakfast.

No view from bedroom.

Great location, private parking lot, breakfast buffet at the hotel in front, great price with all the benefits of the hotel. Spacious, nice balcony.

No elevator, consider if big bags. Shower drain had issues.

The rooms, staff and breakfast are fab. Cleaned everyday and fresh towels. Only thing we found was that it was a bit of a walk back after dinner in the main town was a bit lengthy however this would not stop us returning or recommending.

The location was perfect! a short walk to the main part of Sorrento. lots of food options nearby too!

The listing is VERY misleading. There is no 24 hour reception like the listing said. The reception is in the hotel across the road. This property is basically in a block of flats. The balcony is totally unusable and does not look like the pictures it was filthy we didn’t open the balcony door once during the holiday. This isn’t somewhere you’d stay for leisure. it’s basically as if you’re in a flat share. You walk in to one main door then there’s 3 small bedrooms with an suites. You can’t relax as you can hear absolutely EVERYTHING from the other rooms. You feel like you’re having to be really quiet. you can hear as little as someone unzipping their suitcase. There was an incident where someone was banging on the doors the early hours of the morning 2pm(?) buzzing on the doors and screaming and shouting. we contacted the hotel but the phone number on booking . com was incorrect. We also private messaged for someone to come across and check but they didn’t. As there was no peep hole we couldn’t see who it was so it was terrifying. it turned out the next day it was only a drunk male however, at the time we were terrified. We were told the owner of the property isn’t linked to the hotel and they just oversee it for him. We were told he was coming down to speak to the couple and us however, he never turned up. i wouldn’t at all recommend staying here. There are so many other properties for similar price range for MUCH a better standard. The standard of cleaning also wasn’t great… after we asked we had a fairly good clean however, we shouldn’t of had to complain about the room cleaning. The staff didn’t seem to care much about customer service towards you when you were staying in the comfort rooms also!
