I loved the location and the room. The rooms were fully furnished and we were able to cook.
There is nothing that I didn't like about it everything was as explained.

Location was perfect, walking distance to the beach and shopping centre
The host can be arrogant, the caretaker accused us of messing up the utensils ,high security fee which takes long to be refunded, when booking we were told that parking is R100 per day but the host told us to pay R200 per day which amounted to R600 for 3 days just for parking for a caravelle ,Host takes time to reply to messages.

The host was not available telephonically as the shower drain was blocked and the shower was not working. Further, there was no Wifi and the host did not check on us throughout the stay. it has now been 9 days and he has not refunded my deposit.

Location was perfect ,We walk to the beach. Shops were closer .Everything was exceptional.

I liked everything about the property, from cleanliness to safety.

The location was great and the apartment was clean. We both felt secure and the manager, Robin, was punctual and thorough. Towels were provided on request.
The communication with the host was poor. His replies often seemed bot-generated, he did not answer questions or read responses. A key box would have been helpful and a coffee table would have been nice. I also would have appreciated communication about the safety deposit and ID request before we paid for the booking.

The beds were comfortable, the owner kept on checking on us... On our way to durban, the place had peace not far from emnities, I enjoyed my stay... Will be coming back soon

Walking distance and proximity of the ocean, casino and shops, security and safety of the complex also cleanliness of the apartment.
Bit tiring of stepping up the 3rd level after a long walk to the ocean.

I like everything about the place the walking destence to the beach, 10 min drive to Ushaka Marine world and 15 min drive to Boat cruise I'll recommend to anyone.Thanks to Ashton and Roben⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This was a perfect location, everything was within reach, we never drove for more than 20 min to get to our activities. Caretaker was very helpful and the security is very tight, we felt safe.

That the price differs, when making payment, deposit that is too high ,not refunded when you check out, you have to wait for it for indefinite period

The place is clean and the staff is very friendly.
The fact that we arrived the early and we were not allowed to leave our bags at the reception and come back later to check in, we sat outside for morethan 3 hours

Its in center of everything. The owner mr maharaj and robin were helpful. The complex is safe and quiet not forgetting the security guards, they were friendly.
The was no air conditioner and no extra blanket for cold weather. And a little bit qaulity beds.

Close to all amenities so convenient, superb

The stairs for elderly was not convenient.
Rules of unit not allowing visitors made it impossible for my daughters to join me for eg: supper we could not be together.

It was close to a shopping centre and places we needed to go.
We had to wait for the key to the flat. We had no parking provided.
We were told our room was 203 only to be given a different flat.
The kitchen cupboards had a musty smell. Overall the place looked it had not been used in a long time.
