Super clean - smells excellent, spacious, we had everything we needed. The kitchen was well-equipped and TV is smart so we could watch Netflix in the evening because it was cold and rainy outside. We loved the window blinds. Penny market is just around the corner, the city center is 10 minutes away on foot and there's a wonderful Harry Potter-themed tattoo parlour nearby :D

If I were to nitpick, I wish it was a bit warmer in the apartment when we arrived, but I understand the current situation with heating in Germany and can't say this was a major turnoff. I respect that the homeowner respects the situation, too. I wish there were slippers in the apartment and that's all.

It has good location - very close to Bochumer Verein station ( 305, 302 line from Hbf- just two stops) or some 10 minutes walk from Rathaus. It is solidly equipped apartment on the 1st floor in a small residential building. Clean and well maintained, perfect for a family.

They miss a pan for baking in a oven. All other is good

Everything was lovely! It was a very cozy apartment and the location was excellent; under 10 minutes away from downtown. Well equipped and very clean.

A slight issue with the parking. There is one right in front of the apartment, but that was always occupied. So we asked one of the neighbours, that eventually showed up to be very kind, for a nearby parking and he showed us a parking place at 2 minutes from the location. Other than that, everything was perfect!

Location is superb for Bochum town centre. Amenities very close by. Lots of free street parking around the property. The Apartment was clean & very user friendly. I would definitely recommend this property for Bochum stay.

Parking

The location of the apartment is a reasonable 10-12 minute walk to the tram stop. It is also very close to the main downtown stretch. It's a beautiful apartment in a quiet neighborhood.

Grabbing the keys seems "easy" but I was missing some instruction. I'm still not sure if there is another button you need to press after submitting the code, but I called the support number and they were able to remotely drop the keys.

The apartment was immaculate. Great communication at all times with the host. Walking distance to town centre and supermarkets. Parking available nearby. Will most definitely book again.

I like this studio, it was clean, warm and hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. I recommend to everyone.

Very clean and convenient location.

The Location was the best ! We stayed in Haus 4 with a good view to the mountains. The room was clean with comfortable beds. They provided us with fan on request. We will definitely come back !! 10/10 sehr Zufrieden !!

Our Balcony was quite small compared to the adjacent rooms, so felt little congested.

The location of this apartment is really good. It's not far from the supermarket and the square. Moreover, It feels safe. The room is really beautiful and provided everything. The room is so clean. Well, this room makes me feel amazing and this cost is not expensive for this valuable room. I really recommend this apartment.

excellent value for money. it is quiet, easy parking, and very central: the city and its main attractions are in walking distance. there is a giant and fantastic playground for those with small children (including a real fire station at the back), and some great restaurants around the neighbourhood.
