Adorable cottage entièrement rénové et rénové dans le quartier historique du centre-ville d'Englewood. Découvrez la "vieille Floride" à son meilleur dans ce cadre paisible. Cottage est situé dans un quartier résidentiel et en retrait de la rue. Vous pouvez profiter du confort à l'intérieur de cette unité entièrement rénovée ou vous détendre à l'extérieur sur notre porche protégé.
Situé à quelques minutes des commerces et restaurants de la rue Dearborn. Juste deux miles des magnifiques plages de Manasota Key.
Notre propriété est idéale pour les plaisanciers et les pêcheurs! Nous sommes à seulement 800 mètres de la rampe de Sunrise et du parc Lemon Bay. Notre grande allée pourra accueillir plusieurs voitures et vos remorques de bateau. Il existe plusieurs installations publiques de rampe pour bateaux à 4 minutes au nord et au sud de la propriété. Nous acceptons les animaux de compagnie (avec l'approbation du propriétaire - parlez-nous de votre animal de compagnie!).
Ce cottage de style classique dispose d'une cuisine toute neuve, d'une salle de bains, de fenêtres, de parquet et de la climatisation centrale. Quartier calme avec grande cour clôturée.
Le salon principal dispose d'une télévision connectée de 43 pouces. La chambre principale dispose d'un lit king size et d'une télévision connectée de 39 pouces. La deuxième chambre a un lit gigogne qui se termine en deux lits simples pour accueillir deux personnes.
La cuisine a tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour préparer des aliments et des boissons ainsi que tous les articles et ustensiles de salle à manger. Aussi inclus dans la cuisine: lave-vaisselle, cafetière, mixeur, grille-pain et micro-ondes. Il y a une laveuse et sécheuse est également inclus dans la propriété.
Le chalet est entièrement équipé avec tous les draps et couvertures nécessaires. Il y a des ventilateurs de plafond dans le salon et chacune des deux chambres. La connexion Wi-Fi haut débit gratuite est incluse.
Chaises de plage, parasols et glacières sont disponibles pour des excursions à la plage.

Perfect family get away
This place is was a great place to stay! I loved the atmosphere of the cottage, it felt like home and our hosts went above and beyond. We really didn’t have to bring anything with us other than ourselves and some clothes, everything was provided. My son loved playing with the trucks and the beach toys and loved playing in the pool while my husband made dinner on the gas grill. Super close to the beach, just 5 miles away, you can’t get much closer. Shopping and amazing bbq close by. The hosts were in contact and easy to reach the whole time in case we needed anything. Thank you for the amazing accommodations! I hope we can come back soon!!

A quick family getaway
Our daughter, son in law and our new born granddaughter had a great time at the Englewood cottage. The cottage was beautifully decorated and the accommodations were perfect for our needs. John and Toby were very nice and easy to communicate with. Englewood is a great laid back beach town. They have nice beaches and an array of restaurants to please everyone.

Overall we had a very nice stay. Joe was incredibly responsive every time we called. The kitchen could have had a few more things we needed, like more cups ( which we bought and left) larger pots and more utensils. Other than that, it fit our needs.

Super Cute!!
This place is perfect!!! So clean, very colorful and up to date. They even had coffee there from our favorite coffee shop in Englewood for us!! Convenient and quiet location. Yard is well maintained with beautiful hibiscus flowers. Nice grill, outdoor seating with covering for the sun, and they even had corn hole game set up! We will definitely be returning!

Perfect place, perfect location
Our stay in Englewood was absolutely perfect. The house was jut as it appeared in the listing. It had everything we needed, the art work on the walls was great and the location in Englewood couldn't be beat. Loved the neighborhood, went for walks with our dog each day. As we are planning to move to the gulf coast later this year, it really helped us get to know the area. We were even able to extend our visit by a day. The property manager were great to deal with, couldn't have made it an easier on us. And the coffee from a local coffee shop that was there in the kitchen was delicious and a nice added touch. We found the shop downtown and purchased some to bring home. All in all, a great week. Hopefully we will have the opportunity to stay there again.

Nice cottage
Nice cottage. Clean. Had a little wasp problem on the front porch that they promptly came over w wasp spray and took care of it. Cottage was on a property w another house, shared back yard and was not on website. It worked ok bec my family rented the other house accidentally.

Memorial Day Weekend Stay
This cottage is the perfect size for one or two people and the location can't be beat! It was ultra clean and comfortable and was stocked with every amenity you might need. The tabletop fan in the master bedroom was greatly appreciated since the ceiling is too low to hang one. The decor is as cute as can be and it felt "beachy" but not over the top. The kitchen was perfect and even had soft-close drawers/doors. The owners were an extreme pleasure to work with and I loved my getaway!

Clean, newly renovated cottage with charming historical touches and modern conveniences, close to downtown Englewood and beaches. We enjoyed riding our bikes everywhere, walking through Lemon Bay Park, and attending the events in town. Owners are professional, conscientious and responsive.

Absolutely loved our stay in the Englewood cottage! It was tucked away on a quiet, serene street yet within 2 miles of beach, restaurants, music, and downtown Englewood events. Owners were accommodating and helpful. The cottage was equipped perfectly with everything we needed and it was really helpful to have available laundry on premises. Looking forward to staying here again!

The cottage has just been completely remodeled. Everything is new and in pristine condition. The owners were fantastic to deal with from the beginning. They communicated promptly and completely. Very friendly and wanted to make sure we enjoyed our stay. Owners gave suggestions on restaurants and entertainment.
Area was quiet and close to everything. If you get a chance, check out the Farmers Market on Thursdays in downtown Englewood

Delightful little cottage!
Had a GREAT time! The cottage had everything we could need and then some! The area offers so many things to do and places to eat, only a short distance away, that we feel we missed some things. Daily yoga on the beach was amazing! We're already planning another trip next year. Hopefully the cottage will still be available when we decide on dates.

It's in a quiet neighborhood, private setting yet within walking distance to parks,shops, restaurants, and only a few minutes to beautiful Manasota Key beaches. Englewood is now my favorite spot to visit on the Florida West Coast!
