The staff! Always smiling and helpful. Same people work there as last year. The rooms are large with a kitchen and dining table. Clean pool. Nice breakfast.

DO NOT BOOK HERE. Reserved AND PAID EXTRA for a 2 queen room. Upon arrival, at about 10:30 pm, I was given my keys and went upstairs to my room. Keys weren’t working. Kept trying to open the door for a few minutes. Not working. Went downstairs only to find out they gave me the wrong room number! I was trying to open a door to a room that was already occupied! Once I received the keys and accessed my room, I found out that it was a king room with only 1 bed. I called the front desk immediately and was told “Room types aren’t guaranteed, but there is a pull out you can use”. I asked to speak to the manager they said no manager on site but they will be there in the morning. They offered to bring up a roll away bed but the room is so small even if they did bring one the only place to put it would be blocking the door. So we had no choice. We pull out the pull out and it’s not a queen, not a full, but about the size of a twin bed. The kids fought ALL night. Nobody got good sleep. Morning comes around I ask to speak to the manager. I was advised that they won’t have a manager on site until noon. Checkout is at 11am. So during our entire stay there was not 1 manager on site that could help us. Not one person in the entire building that could help us. DO NOT BOOK HERE. TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE. THEY DO NOT CARE ABOUT YOUR RESERVATION AND GIVE YOU WHATEVER THEY DECIDE REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU BOOK AND PAY FOR. NOBODY IS THERE TO HELP AND THERE IS NOTHING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT.

The staff was friendly

It’s unfortunate to say I was disappointed. The cleaning of the rooms were terrible. My roll away bad was filthy and the mattress has yellow stains everywhere. For the price I expected way better. The office staff was very friendly and assisted with changing my room, which again was not cleaned properly. The staff just told me they would let management know however I didn’t receive a call. Sorry to say I would not recommend nor stay here again.

Modern property and very clean. Check in very efficient as was check out. Did not use the breakfast option.

The property was close to a family reunion that we attended. The bed was very comfortable and the room was clean. The free breakfast was perfect for a hotel, free breakfast.

At check-in, the staff was having technical difficulties with their computer and the check in process took approximately 20 minutes. I had reserved a larger suite with a living room. However, the room that I reserved was not available and was given a smaller room. The night clerk suggested I speak with the supervisor in the morning at check out to adjust the price. The daytime supervisor told me there was nothing that he could do because I had reserved the room through bookings.com.
