We have stayed here once before and like the location in the countryside but within driving distance of many beaches and other areas of interest. The pub next door is nice and serves good food.

No breakfast available this time but we had been informed in advance.

Helaas wordt er geen ontbijt geserveerd, maar in de buurt zijn er genoeg mogelijkheden om een ontbijt te regelen.

I've stayed on several occasions and is still a lovely clean comfortable place to stay. Cannot fault the cleanliness everything you need for overnight stays. Well stocked coffee & tea. Plenty of towels.

This is not a dislike just for other travellers to note. This is a motel so no breakfast available. If you need an early start the cafe in Castle Acre doesn't open until 10am nearest would be to drive to swaffham if you are travelling in that direction. Could also bring certain items as a fridge is provided.

The room was large and clean, with a very comfortable bed (WiFi and TV of course). There was a fridge and tea/coffee facilities, we brought a dog and there was a convenient near by 'dog area'. The Motel is situation behind a small local pub the George and Dragon, however it was very quiet and no disturbance - the food and wine at the pub was also excellent. Highly recommended.

property was ideally located, communication from company was perfect. the room was clean, all information provided on desk, allocated parking, bath and shower was powerful and extremely efficient. Beds were super comfortable and had a very good sleep! highly recommended if I ever come to Norfolk again would definitely go there!!!

The room was excellent but it is at least a mile out of Castle Acre but I wasn't worried because it was on the same premises as the pub The George and Dragon. However it was Sunday and it decided to close at 18.00 and there was no evening meals or breakfast available when we stayed. This meant driving out for our evening something we prefer not to do when we are on holiday.

Knowing that the pub might close Sunday evening I might have chosen a different location

Enjoyed the spacious room, large comfortable bed and convenient parking right outside. Took our own simple breakfast to have in the room when it suited us, the fridge was very useful. Very clean. The tiled floor was ideal as we had arranged in advance to bring our dog (but pleased we took our slippers/flip flops as rather hard on our feet! )

!!!!DO NOT STAY!!!! Filthy/damaged rooms, rude staff. Unfortunately we were sold a falsely advertised room which was not to mention dirty and damaged. We booked via booking.com which was advertised as the following (please see attached pictures). We paid £100, drove over 3 hours and paying over £80 worth of petrol to get to the pig shed as online it looked nice. However , we arrived to a disable accessible room which was NOT advertised anywhere on our booking, we also had a filthy coffee machine and a wardrobe door which was unable to open properly due to the hinge being off the door. As we immediately raised this with management, we was rudely dismissed by women who didn’t care in the slightest. As this women was so rude and disrespectful I complained to booking.com which they also confirmed they had received the same treatment from the women. The women completely refused to take any responsibility for the filthy and wrongly advertised room and did not refund us nor give any compensation. I asked what she was going to do in regards to the unusable coffee machine and broken door in which she replied ‘sorry’ . We have made a formal complaint and will be taking this further with trading standards. I personally have never been spoken to with such disregard and stupidity in my life, we will never be staying here again and we urge all other potential customers to be very careful as what you get is NOT what is advertised!! In summary, this stay was a literal PIG SHED🤣

A large, bright and airy room with all the facilities needed for a short break. Bed was very comfortable. People in the pub were LOVELY and couldn’t have been more welcoming and helpful - the food was delicious too! Great location in Norfolk with easy access to lots of beautiful places to visit.

Only shampoo and no conditioner in the bathroom unfortunately. There are no breakfast options on-site (it was made very clear upon booking) but there is a fridge and kettle in the room to make a basic breakfast to have in the room.

Superb room, spacious and well equipped. The rooms were well laid out around a courtyard. The pub was across the courtyard.

Some noise from the road and next door rooms but this didn't affect our stay. No food at the venue but pub food very good. They even provided a huge breakfast for our cycling group.

Great quirky rooms! I was pleasantly surprised when we arrived at how spacious, clean and well equipped the rooms where. staff in the pub are friendly and helpful. We will be back!

Location was fine as deliberately booked this as 5 miles from work location. Did not have breakfast but did use adjacent pub for evening meal which was very nice and reasonably priced. Plenty of space in Family room, bathroom nice and in room facilities (fridge, coffee machine etc.) excellent.

Very clean. Loved the idea of solar panels, using rain water etc. Powerful shower. Comfy bed. Parking right outside. Always responded quickly to a text. So not having a reception was ever an issue.

Walls very thin. Could hear TV in next room even people talking.
