Location is good and convenient. Many cafes and restaurants just down the street with mini mart and pharmacy nearby.

Reception does not seem very receptive and not very helpful. Room is quite normal and standard. Batheroom slippers which are made of rubber are very dirty. Seems like they hadn't been washed for many years and worn by many vistors. Very disappointed with the hotel hyeniene standard. Guests were talking loudly outside the rooms , and the children were running around shouting and playing. All the noise pollution and disturbances were ongoing from 10pm till almost 1am in the morning! None of the hotel staff was there to stop the disturbances to other guests. This will be the last time we will be staying at this hotel. I am pretty sure that there will be better hotels around in this same area.

Clean hotel with modern rooms. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast was very basic but not bad. Location is good, in the city centre. staff is nice.

The steak from the room service was too chewy, the rest was good.

The towels are a bit old and need to be replaced The shower gel is not enough for days in Double room but only give 1 card so sometimes it is inconvenient for travel

Kinda disappointed about the room. We booked a family suite for our trip. There is 2 rooms to the suite and 1 of them, the AC isn’t working. I don’t feel comfortable staying in the room. I constantly wakes up in the middle of the night

Room No 305, we feel the AC is not working properly although the weather is cold outside during the night. But during the day time we feel hot inside the room even though the AC temperature is 16 Mini Fridge is not getting cold..

The bed and pillows were lovely. The breakfast was good.

It was so NOISY as there is a nightclub in the hotel on the first floor that goes every night until midnight. Consequently , you can't sleep until then as it reverberates through the room and we were on the 4th flloor! Why it isn't sound proofed I don't know. Terrible! The view was very disappointing. Mostly looked onto houses and empty lots full of rubbish.
