The property is beautiful. Each of the villas are lovely and the walkways are very nice. The rooms are extremely comfortable. The staff were very friendly & even messaged me when our room was ready so that we didn’t have to wait until 2pm to check in (I had asked that they message when the room was ready). The staff drove us around the property on check in & out (meaning we didn’t have to carry our bags) & drove us around when it was raining. We got the Honeymoon treatment in the spa & it was 10/10. The spa package was great value for money.

The food was a bit of a let down considering how nice everything else was. The Wi-Fi in the room was awful which was frustrating given the price of the stay. It was my girlfriends birthday and I asked the staff a couple of weeks in advance if it would be possible to decorate the room (few balloons and a happy birthday banner) but they said that this was not possible which I thought wasn’t great

We stayed in the villa studio room and enjoyed how spacious it was. It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was nice waking up and enjoying a cup of coffee in the seating area. The breakfast was very good, cooked fresh, and plenty of options for vegetarians. This is the first place we've stayed where the 'buffet' was set up as made to order. I like it this way as it reduces waste and is cooked fresh. We also had dinner at Le Petit which we really enjoyed. The spa was nice and relaxing. We got a foot massage and a Thai massage. The massage therapist was very strong and did an excellent job getting the knots worked out. The day tour offerings were perfect and convenient and the tour guide was very helpful - we did the forest hiking tour and countryside city tour. The staff from the front of the hotel to the back of the hotel provided exceptional service. Overall our stay was great and we look forward to when we can return.

We did not like the manicure and pedicure service. All that was provided was trimming of the cuticles. It was quite strange that my nail polish could not be removed and that new polish could not be applied. There was also no massaging of any kind or scrubbing of the feet. It also took a lot longer than it should have considering what little we got.

I like everything in Ana Mandara from room, breaksfast, swimming pool, spa, hotel ground and especially the outstanding service. It was my 2nd time staying there. Now there are activities and programs offered by the hotel.

Entire resort is beautifully landscaped with stunning views. The room was clean, cozy, and comfortable - had amazing sleeps. Service was great with very attentive and efficient staff - helping us to find professional alternatives for our travel from Da Lat to Mui Ne.

Wouldn’t say it’s something I don’t like about the property but the sound proofing of the rooms were not great. Honestly it didn’t bother us too much, we were not kept up at night or anything like that - this comes with the charm and age of the villas/hotel and we knew what we signed up for so it was okay.

The Hotel harkens back to the Colonial Days with large gardens and Pre WW2-Villas interspersed around the grounds. The Central Restaurant served excellent food. Throughout our stay the staff provided excellent service at all times.

Really lovely resort with lots of character in a beautiful setting, with good breakfast. Friendly staff. Spacious rooms with quirky plumbing ( probably due to age of villas).

Our room (villa 7) was dark due to being on ground floor, but not an issue and did not ask staff to change. Staff did access a staff room beside our room early every morning, so early starts, but again not an issue.
