We spent five nights in this quiet, cozy, comfortable house. There was a heat wave the week we were there, but the AC and fans kept us cool and comfortable. The kitchen was well-equipped for prepairing meals. We would definitely rent this VRBO again when visiting family.

It was a beautiful little home and very comfortable to stay in. It had everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and seemed very nice.

Shannon’s neighborhood house is well-suited for a couple, or a family of four, as a great alternative to another hotel/motel stay. Pros: comfortable beds, nice living room with seating for 4+, cozy little kitchen with glass table for two, W & D to take care of a week’s laundry, entry code and great communications with specific directions & instructions. Cons: small kitchen if more than one is preparing a meal. Overall: loved the convenient location for trips anywhere in the greater Buffalo area and appreciated the excellent value for a clean & nicely furnished home for our stay vs. a hotel/motel. We are really happy to have rented your home. My brother & wife stayed at your property while in Buffalo a few years ago. He hopes to rent again when in WNY and said that we would not be disappointed. He was right. We enjoyed our stay, the nearby shopping, dining & services and more!

This house was a perfect stay! Very clean, comfortable and in a safe neighborhood close to shopping and the highway. I would absolutely stay again!

Shannon’s place is nice and cozy. It was beautiful and clean and had all the comforts and conveniences of being at home. The neighborhood was quiet. I only had to reach out to the owner regarding check in and check out. I didn’t have any questions or issues during my stay and when I did reach out she was responsive. I had absolutely no problems. I would definitely recommend Shannon’s place and would rent again myself.

Our stay was so nice. The house was way nicer than we had expected. The owner checked in with us to make sure we found everything ok and was a perfect host. We will ABSOLUTELY stay here again!!!

We loved this house! Stayed a week to take in the falls and catch a Sabres game. Cozy touches throughout and well equipped kitchen. Shannon was quick to respond to questions! Neighborhood was nice and we walked to the local Dominos two nights. Would not hesitate to stay again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Everything you need for an extended stay. Short drive to many shops, restaurants, and Walden Galleria Mall. Quiet neighborhood. Private parking. Looks like photos. Looking forward to a return visit.

Fantastic little home,very clean and well laid out,I was there for work and everywhere I had to go was close by.

We stayed during a Buffalo snow storm and Shannon was so kind and dropped off some supplies to help out during the storm. The house was clean and cozy and perfect for our needs. We look forward to staying again.

The house is very quaint and has everything you need! Easy for travel, easy to find. House had coffee, towels, clean linens, storage, and easy washer and dryer. Bathroom is kind of small, but works fine. Only real complaint would be that a neighbor is a tow truck driver and is kinda noisy, but it wasnt a huge deal.

Brought my girlfriend to Buffalo foe the first time to show her where i grew up and meet family and make Christmas cookies. We had an amazing time!

This is the 2nd time I've stayed at Shannon's. The home and location are just perfect. Shannon's place will always be my go to if available when i come to visit.

We came to Buffalo for the Bills vs Bucs game and had a great time. This house was in the perfect location to go to the game Thursday night and then also the perfect distance to get to Niagara Falls. We even took a trip to Toronto (2hrs). Clean place. Nice neighborhood. Quiet. Close to downtown as well. We slept in separate beds though because every turn one of us made the other one would feel. But that’s ok. Bathroom was very nice! We recommend to stay here!

From check-in to check-out this was a great stay! Plenty of room for me and my stuff, everything I needed to make a few meals, comfy bed, fluffy towels and great location. Would highly recommend! And if I come back I will definitely stay here again!!

Nice place for 2 people. Small, but clean. Great access to everything

The location was so convent for us to visit family and friends. Nice residential area. So much better than a hotel! Only suggestion would be to upgrade towels and bedding, including pillows. Can’t wait to book again!
