The view, that you get from the balcony, compensates in 100% any other imperfections! We book it for the view and it exceeded our expectations. This is all we wanted. Also as someone else already mention, the beach is almost private :) no people, no tourists, calm and peaceful. Apartment itself was very clean. There is tap (dirnkable) water in apartment, what is very useful.
I think it is better to rend a car, if you want to go here, otherwise you need to walk a lot eg. to do shopping, we had a car.
- the offer present this as a whole home for you, but there are two separate apartments in house, so it is not guarantee you will have whole house for yourself
- there is info about washing machine, but our apartment didn't had one, it was in other one and we needed to wait some time until owners get back to the second apartment, so we can use it
- there is only one AC (in bedroom) but it was ok
- beds are super loud :-))

The location is really great. Best hosts, very friendly and helpful. The apartment is well equipped and generously built. All was ok and we were very happy, to be in this place

The apartment feels like HOME instead of a cold rented room. We didn't want to leave and we're most definitely going back next year ❤️

Very polite host, great location, amazing balcony, sound facilities and comforts. Pachyammos beach is amazing and the village an ideal location for relaxing and peaceful time. With some investment in the flat, I would re-visit and rate 10/10, but the couple of points mentioned below making the property currently overvalued.
No air-conditioning, it was impossible to sleep.
Terrible beds, unacceptable considering the price paid for the flat.
