Amazing stay. Super friendly and proactive host. Location is perfect, just in Sirolo's center main street. The apartment is very comfortable, well equipped and has dreamed views of the sea. Would come back the next time!

Great location, friendly host, nicely renovated, comfortable with AC.

It was right at the gate, nice restaurant next door, quiet and large room with a large terrace and view of the ocean. Private. Personable and helpful owner, hot water and large tv. A refrigerator was a nice plus. Also free parking and the breakfast included was at a nice caffe with a good menu, English-speaking waiter. It was all lovely.

There was a bit of difficulty in contacting the owner and no one when we knocked, but it could have been my funky TIM phone service.

Perfectly located in the old town of Sirolo, the room was newly renovated and had a large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea. Wake up early to see a gorgeous sunrise over the sea right from the terrace!! Massimiliano met us at the property to let us in and even gave me a ride to where I had parked my car to ensure I knew where the free private parking space was. He also nicely allowed us to stay late on our day of checkout since there was no other guest that evening. Thank you for an excellent stay in a beautiful place!

Very comfortable bed!

The location is good, close to the beach and it's in the city centre (it is a small town). Our reception was great, Mass, was gentle and gave us a few tips. Also he was always available on WhatsApp in case we need to ask something. Comfy bedroom, good breakfast in the square with a sea view and lovely place to relax nelle Marche in Italy! I would recommend to stay for at least 3 full days to explore more that place!

Nothing to complain about the bedroom. It was very clean, the bed was super comfortable and the toilet practically new! Maybe the shower could be a little bit warmer, for me it was perfect, but my boyfriend would prefer warmer. When we asked to raise the temperature, Mass told us that it maintains a temperature of 38 degrees for safety reasons, which is perfectly understandable. We asked to raise the water temperature a little bit and it was all right.
