The location is great, the walk around next to the river was beautiful. We arrived at 3 in the morning, the 24-hour check-in is greatly appreciated, we arrived at 3 in the morning, the receptionist was super chill and friendly, and everything was very fast so that we could get to bed. The interior heavily stylised into a sailor/port theme is definitely not my style, but I guess most people like stuff like this. I would like stuff like this to be more geared to be practical. If it wasn't for the parking issue, this would be an easy 10 star

The only real complaint is with parking when leaving. I paid for parking in the morning, but my ticket did not get updated and didn't let me out of the car park. The lady receptionist was very difficult to deal with, as she kept telling me that it works....it took me walking 4 times from my car to the front desk before she let me out manually.

We liked the clean cut and functional decor. The hotel overlooks a big canal which has a really nice boardwalk walk. Staff were friendly and efficient. The breakfast choices were good, well prepared and tasty ( esp good bacon)

Maybe a small kettle + mugs in the room?

Breakfast was always not enough as the hotel was full. Had to wait half an hour for the omelette or croissants to be refilled.

New, clean, good breakfast. Staff helpful, close to the autobahn, ideal for a stop on the way to somewhere else. Big parking structure next to the hotel. River view from the room also OK. Nice bedsheets/duvet covers.

No parking in front of hotel, limited spaces. Located in business area/industrial estate so nothing around it except one italian restaurant. Walls between rooms made of cardboard - every time neighboring room closes bathroom door the whole entire headboard of the bed moves - shocking. No mini-fridge.

Very beautiful, comfortable and cosy place with the best staff and delicious breakfast. Not far from the city center.

Everything was truly excellent (incl. Breakfast), but what stood out to me was this: My partner and I stayed with our two dogs and were astonished that the staff prepared 2 dog beds with bowls for food & water and extra towels for NO EXTRA COST! That never happened before. Usually hotels are quite awkward with dogs and see it as a way to charge extra, but they were genuinely doing their best to make out stay as comfortable as possible! Will stay there again when in Heilbronn.

Limited parking spaces on-site and the public car park next to the hotel only accepts coins, no EC card or such. But that's not really the hotel's fault.

Very nice and specious appartment in good location.

We were missing a storage space, there is almost no space where to put clothes and other things.

Is my second time in this hotel with my boyfriend, we love everything about it. This time we used the sauna and got drinks at the bar on saturday, the whole atmospher is great and they truly make you feel welcome since the first minute. Also this time we went with our dog, and the put a bed for him, very nice detail!

Good location, quite area close to river and nice place to walk. Nice and clean rooms, very pleasant staff.

Breakfast finished at 10am and at 9am was no croissant and no sweet. Staff at Breakfast was little rash and confused.
