Very spacious and comfortable room. Balcony a real plus. Easy walk to train station and town central.

The staff was not particularly friendly and were not helpful at all regarding local facilities and sights. There was a language problem as well. The breakfast was pretty mediocre.

very clean and comfortable structure next to the Railway station of Neckarsulm. The bedroom was quite big even for 2 people. The breakfast above all was OK. Very good position in case of business trip. and the industrial area of the town is reachable very easily by foot or via public transport (bus)

no complaints at all.

Flexibility at check ina nd out, I came late and had keys ready, communication was effortless and clear. Nice room, basic, yet everything necessary was there,clean and comfortable.

The shower drain was not working properly, so I almost flooded the room while showering. I didn't report it as I stayed only shortly, but apart from that, all great.

The room was very nice, especially great full for the air conditioning it was a hot day when we stayed!

Breakfast room was very dark and not comfortable, breakfast was okay.

Very pleasant staff, instantly answering the phone and assisting in my requests on a short notice when my flights were delayed/canceled. Staff was also very friendly when stopping by for a question later, with option of a free drink of sorts. The hotel is generally clean and tidy. Very nice location, for work purposes. Decent breakfast given the price. Overall, good value considering the options.

WiFi did not work at all during my 3 nights stay, apparently router could not give me an IP due to too many people connected. The bathroom fan is quite noisy, especially in the very tiny single room. A particular problem is that it turns on when you turn on the light in the bathroom, and then it doesn't turn off until a timer sometime later, a decent period later. So when you brush your teeth and get ready to go to bed, you have to listen to the fan for sometime first.

Renovation is nicely done. Comfortable bed - medium soft. Clean room with single chair and one desk + chair. Good for business trips. Parking for 10 eur in the underground garage is great. Breakfast is standard and good. Very close to the local center.

Internet didn't work (router issues, 4 devices failed to connect). However we stayed for one night so I didn't try to solve it with reception desk.

Free drinks (beer, juice...) at the Hotel. Very friendly hotel staff. Clean rooms. Very good breakfast.

Renewed rooms, nice breakfast. The best is free MINI BARR!! ! The best place to stay!
