Staff just so nice, same people there for a long time. always remember me & that just makes my day :) rooms are good size, beds comfy and bathrooms clean with all working. My go to hotel in Kathmandu.

The staff were exceptional. Welcoming, friendly and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble for them. I was greeted like a long lost friend on arrival and departure as well as every morning at breakfast. Nothing was too much trouble.

There was nothing. The minor problem with the air-conditioning was quickly resolved and I was moved to another room while the problem was sorted out.

Very attentive staff, great location and the rooms were great also. Very clean rooms with a great bathroom. Bathroom had lots of clean towels, body wash and complimentary toothbrushes for us. Breakfast was also delicious- stand outs were coffee and omelettes

Courtesy taxi from the airport was amazing and I was grateful for it as you are bombarded as soon as you walk out the airport. Location was very good, to just wonder and walk around the city which was great, lots of cafe, restaurants, museum of fine art, smaller galleries to drop into. Hotels breakfast and restaurant was very good, and had varied menu. AC came in very handy, firm mattress, very friendly, helpful staff - Thank you

Nice large window, but just view of wall bit city.

朝食が品数が多く、コーヒーやオムレツを注文に応じて作ってくれます。食事会場は中庭にも席があって開放感があります。部屋は広いし、アメニティも十分あります。空港送迎も付いているのでとても助かりました。

窓ガラスが薄いのか外の騒音が入ってくる点。街中にあって便利である反面、窓から見える景色が隣のビルの窓だったところ。

직원들이 친절합니다. 조식도 투숙객의 일정에따라 유동적으로 운영되는 듯 보였습니다. 객실도 청결하게 유지되고 있습니다.

조식당쪽으로 창문이 나 있는 방은 너무 시끄러웠습니다. 조식준비를 위한 이른 아침부터 점심에도 식사 손님이 방문하고 저녁에도 바깥소음이 들립니다.

The lights in the room are dark and can be improved to be more brighter if required by the stayer
