Very comfortable, clean and well equipped

Better than expected! Industrial room clean and comfortable, it comes with a mini fridge, coffee/tea and kettle. Breakfast is not an open buffet and has to be booked in advance, but there is a little cafe near with great breakfast options.

Best possible place to enjoy Tranow: you're basically on the old town square when you walk out the door. But! Room and whole hotel is very modern, looks brand new. There's a parking spot as well which is quite useful. Bathroom & everything very clean, neat and comfy. Will return for sure.

Room is not very spacious. I don't mind, just be aware and don't expect overly big place.

The apartment was amazing. Nice, modern look and clean. Perfect for families... The whole family was impressed... Staff answered every question straight away. Where very helpful. Localisation - best to be... So glad we choose it to stay

I enjoyed my stay at Zakątna, the room was lovely, neat and warm (very important in the winter), well equipped (tv, fridge, kettle, cups, complimentary toiletries and mineral water), clean and quiet. Staff was friendly and helpful, good communication and hussle free, contactless check in. Fantastic central location of the property, within minutes from restaurants, shops and main square. The classic building itself restored beautifully and with the modern touch. Thank you, highly recommmended!

There wasn’t really anything important - maybe I’d only prefer having a tight-fit blind in the window but the one in the room was doing the job anyway, providing enough privacy.

Fridge next to the bed that woke up a child in the night when it started. Parking is advertised but gives no mention of access being restricted through a small alley. Challenge for any 4x4

Excellent in all respects and we will return regularly when visiting family in Tarnow from London. Excellent location directly in the centre, yet quiet. We stayed in two rooms, each with thoughtful decoration and its own character. More than enough space to live for a week and with a small kitchen to self-cater when we wanted. Owner and staff friendly and helpful. We will certainly return.

Great place with great hosts. The place was excellent and had everything we needed, they provided a baby cot. Check-in was fast and easy and the location was the best.
