Close to amenities and shops such as Aldi, Kmart and Coles. Less than 5 mins drive to the beach.

Property was a bit run down, with old doors, windows and squeaky floorboard. Frequent power trips especially if the washer or tumble dryer was running.

Good location

There was mould all over the walls in the front left bedroom. The front lounge has been converted into an extra bedroom to fit more people in, with a curtain and cupboard as a makeshift wall. The heating in the main loungeroom is really poor and it's really drafty so not good for winter. Every time we tried to use the dryer it shorted out the power in half the house. The sensor light was on and the switch was taped over so we couldn't switch it off and it flashed outside our bedroom window all night. Also the quilts were covered in fitted sheets, which was really odd, and the towels were stained.

it was dirty when I checked in first off found half can of coke in fridge and then in the bedside table draw found a condom and then I went to use the microwave and there was a bowl full of spaghetti

location was great as close to many things kitchen was fine to get out side from the lounge area you had to go via the single toilet room which made this unusable during the day

house setup bed in main room uncomfortable front bedroom did not have an airconditioner so very warm overnight backyard needs a good cleanup. Old furniture scattered over the backyard and cigarette buts all over the place.

The property was situated in an excellent location, easy access to local shops and the beach. Decorated nicely, nice and roomy, owners communication was prompt and they were lovely!

There was only an air con in the main living room and the front living room, which meant it got quite hot in the other two bedrooms. There weren’t any fans for us to use either. The cords were also very messy and tangled in the power board next to the living room TV, which made it hard to plug in other cords. Other than that it was fantastic:)

Loved the convenient location, close to shops and beach. Kitchen has been updated so good if you were staying a while.

Overall check in procedure not simple. House and garden not very clean or well maintained. Disappointed with the house. Bathrooms old and dark shower cubicle. Balcony out back old, rotting timber and bird droppings everywhere so no place clean to sit. Garden area large but not well maintained with butts etc but no ashtray for them. Split system in front room not working. No Tv signals for tv viewing either. Overall did not feel value for money.
