This property and host are exceptional. Great location, only a short walking distance to bars/restaurants. The home is beautifully maintained, very clean and comfortable. Nothing beats relaxing on the back patio under the stars with the sound of the river flowing right next to you. The hot tub was also great. The host was very responsive. I had a couple of quick questions when I arrived and he responded within minutes. 10/10, I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in Winter Park.

Our family spent 5 nights in this spacious townhome. The kitchen is well appointed and we cooked breakfast a couple of days and made a couple of meals at night as well. We enjoyed the slopes and fresh powder each day we skiing and the hot tub at night. We were so appreciative of Tom being able to accommodate us an extra night due to a winter storm that closed the pass and I70 down. Everything was very comfortable during our stay.

Great location in Winter Park. Frasier River right outside the back door. Beds were comfortable. More towels would have been nice. Communication with property owner was awesome; they really stay on top of this.

As a multigenerational family, this place worked well for skiers and non-skiers alike. It is conveniently located near trails, restaurants, retail, and buses to the resort. At the end of the day, take the Corridor trail from the bottom of Mary Jane to ski right to the bus stop.
The kitchen is well stocked for cooking. The garage works well for ski boots and equipment. The hot tub is well maintained, and we used it every night.
Note - VRBO took 14 days after checkout to refund the security deposit to my credit card.

Perfect location and amenities for 5 skiing and snowboarding friends. We appreciated the fireplace, large TV and hot tub for apres ski. We had only a week and this beautiful roomy condo helped us make the most of it. Every aspect was thought out and top notch!!

Loved this property! Plenty of space for everyone and it’s so close to any restaurants and shopping you might need. If you took the train to WP, no worries about a car rental because you can easily catch the Shuttle. Winter Park is close and where we spent most of our time. When we weren’t there, we were enjoying the trails behind the property! The hot tub and steam shower were a perfect ending to day. We enjoyed how everyone had their own “level” too — gave everyone enough privacy and didn’t feel like we were piled onto each other as with some other rentals.

Nice house and close to grocery, bus lines and coffee shops but when we got there (3pm) the basement master bed room was around 61 degrees. We were not able to raise the temperature that night enough to make it acceptable to sleep in ( the owner tried to call maintenance and they never came.) The next day he paid for a space heater to keep it warm. We were there for 5 days & maintenance never came. Also the house had not been used for a week so by the time we got there, even though we turned up the heat in the hot tub it never warmed up enough to use the first night. We never received any money back for this problem with the first night (even though I requested it). Hopefully, the heat problem was remedied (The thermostats in the bedrooms were confusing to all of us.)-the place was really nice and Tom was easy to communicate with-& also he gave us early check-in and check-out!

Lots of space as there are two sizable master bed rooms. Open kitchen with new appliances. Great hot tub. Near some great walking trails that we hit with our dog everyday. Plan to walk your dog for potty breaks as there isn’t really any yard for these town houses. Owner very reponsive to questions posed before check in. Walkable to a market and some restaurants. Nearby pizza place was the best.

We had a wonderful four night stay, the location was great, very central and lots of things you can walk to. The home was well furnished and comfortable. Tom was very responsive when I had questions. Would definitely come back.

We stayed two weeks, 5 adults.
What was good: Perfect location, nice layout of the home, comfortable rooms, Great communication with the owner. Neighbors were friendly.
What needs to be improved:
The first night we realized that the oven could not be used the entire time due to an old door that, even after maintenance came by 2 days later, would not close.
The 3rd day the freezer broke, and the food we bought was spoiled. The owner promptly took action and 3-4 days later we had a new fridge. He also reimbursed me for the food.
Also, upon arrival the outside grill had not been cleaned at all- inside or out. I reported this to the owner. The electric switch on the grill stopped working after a week and a half, and I couldn’t find long matches in town. So we used the stove burners inside to cook on the remaining days. Owner was also notified, but not too much could be done besides fixing the grill or updating it.
Upon checkin, It would have been helpful to get the normal email from the owner about simple things around the house. I got that 3 days later with an apology from the owner.

We had a great time at our stay in Winter Park. The condo is close to town and very clean, had everything we needed. It was so nice they take dogs and our pup had a great time too!

Beautiful townhouse close to everything!
We were in Winter Park for a family wedding and couldn’t have been more pleased with the townhome. It was very clean despite being pet friendly, no lingering dog smells! We were able to walk to hiking trails and even to the wedding itself. Would 100% recommend.

Tom was super helpful, patient and answered all my questions promptly! This condo is loaded and VERY nice. The pictures don’t do it justice. It has 4 levels, comfy beds and an amazing hot tub with a killer view. Hermandos’s, my favorite Italian restaurant, is a 2 min walk from the front door.

Perfect for what we needed
We enjoyed our stay and everyone was very comfortable. The location was great and close to the hikes we did. We also liked that it was walking distance to the pizza restaurant and coffee shop. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub!

Lovely Winter Park condo!
Everything about our stay was great. The location is awesome with restaurants nearby and being right on the water. The condo itself is very nice too. We had plenty of space for our two families (4 adults, 3 kids, and a dog) and we had everything we needed. Beds were comfy, which seems to be a rarity at rental properties. We made a few meals there and the kitchen was definitely better stocked than your average VRBO. We loved the hot tub and the steam shower too. The owner was very communicative with check in details. Would for sure stay here again!

We had an amazing time in this property! It is in an prime location, close to downtown, hiking, and biking trails. The Fraser River right behind beckons, and it’s comfortably appointed with everything we needed for a long stay. If we ever stay in Winter Park again, it will be our first choice.

Property is a great layout, beautifully decorated and very clean. We stayed for 2 nights and enjoyed the private hot tub on the river, the deck overlooking the forest and the cozy accommodations. We hope to return for a winter trip and have no need to look elsewhere. Enjoy!

The Telemark property in Winter Park was just what our family was looking for after Thanksgiving. The townhouse is in a great location- walking distance from Fireside Market, retail, and restaurants. It also backs onto the Fraser River. The unit was spacious, clean, and nicely appointed. My family enjoyed the hot tub daily. I would definitely recommend this property.
