Me gustó todo, la comodidad de los colchones es mejorable pero en general está genial. Sin duda volveré!

Lovely breakfast light apartment in an old traditional building. The location was great, with lots of places to eat and have a drink within a couple of minutes walk. We were met at reception, given two sets of keys, a map. All very helpful, and good restaurant recommendations. Booked a taxi for us on departure and allowed us to leave bags in the apartment.

The only thing I could say is that the pillows were a little soft and an extra one would have been helpful, but that is a personal preference.

Planning to arrive late at night and host was complaining we should have arrived earlier ; the property should be able to welcome guests at any time of the day and night!

I had been there before when I investigated properties to use in a tour of Andelusia which I led. I loved this place and decided to spend the $$$$ this time because my stay in Jerez was a sentimental journey. The antiquity of the entry, the gorgeous lobby and the actual apartment were as lovely as I remembered. The location is terrific in that it is in the middle of everything in the old part of the city. The bed was comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped. The bathroom also was modern though there was not much hot water for a shower or tub.

The apartment was very noisy as it looked onto the street below which was VERY very noisy, although the window shutters deadened this by a large percent. The main problem was that, unless I knocked at the manager's private door, there was never anyone there to ask questions or solve problems. I did have an emergency and knocked, the manager was very very helpful and competent, but I believe that there should be a statement or a telephone in the lobby or some way other than knocking on an apartment door to contact the manager. It was also stated that the manager was only available in that way after 6pm. The absence of a concierge could have been abated by a telephone in the lobby with a sign about the hours when the manager would be in attendance. We had a power outage that took out all electricity for more than a half day. I was unable to work (I'm a writer) and had to go to a cafe. There was no accommodation made for this inconvenience.
