Facilities spotless, tasteful, thoughtful & modern, view fabulous.

Being awoken by traffic from 6 am every morning as bedroom windows were not tight or sealed We would have been fine with earplugs.

Beautiful apartment with spectacular views across Lyme bay. Home away from home. Short walk from town and beaches/gardens. Can't wait to go back!

Lovely apartment in a great location. It's spacious, tastefully furnished and very well equipped. There's a large covered balcony with a view down towards the sea, great for sitting out at any time of day, even in the rain!. Easy walk down to Lyme Regis (although a bit harder walking back up! We preferred the return route via Broad St/Silver St rather than Hill Road as it wasn't quite so steep!). Good to have a dedicated parking space. Would definitely recommend

Walk back from town is steep so would be difficult for anyone with mobility issues. Would have been handy to have a lighter duvet as the one supplied was a bit too hot for the summer

we loved sitting on the balcony, looking at the lovely view in the evening and morning

the walk to and from the beach, very steep and a lot further than we thought from the front

Very nice fully refurbished apartment. Excellent facilities, comfortable and clean. Parking on site a bonus and easy walk downhill to the beach and restaurants. Lovely resort and lucky to have great weather.

Really nice balcony area but unfortunately could have been cleaner. Likewise the small barbecue area and barbecue.

Well situated in a beautiful location.

Small window in the lounge dirty with cobwebs. Mould around windows in the double bedroom. Otherwise all very clean.

The location was fabulous, view spectacular. The apartment was beautiful, clean and very well equipped. We would love to visit again.

There wasn't anything not to like!

Everything! The apartment was wonderfully laid out, the overall look was fresh and modern but still totally comfortable for a family. The hosts were brilliant, friendly, helpful & went out of their way to help with any requests. Plus free scones, jam & clotted cream (need I say more!)

The apartment was in a brilliant location and had everything you could possibly ask for. It was very clean and tidy and really well decorated and appointed.

The bedroom windows were single glazed sash windows and you could hear every car going past as if the window was open which meant a few early morning starts due to traffic on the road outside. Such a shame otherwise it would have been 10.

balcony and attention to detail generally. excellent provisions

The bed was very hard for us, as were the pillows. Sadly sleep wasn’t good.
