Nice, spacious 4 BR, 2 level house. Great kitchen. Good bathrooms. The hill to the house is steep and you must go up an outside flight of stairs to enter. Otherwise no complaints. Several of us are in our 70s and did it okay.

Had a great vacation stay with plenty of room for whole family. The walk up the hill was worth the spacious room, balcony view and great kitchen facilities. It would help to advertise a child playpen is included in the amenities...it was nice to have but we rented one because it wasn't advertised. Great place to stay overall!

We stayed at 220W in late July 2024 - 3 nights. It was great! I will say that the house is located midway up a very steep hill and once you get to the house there is lots of stairs. I highly recommend using either Ride Circuit or hailing a cab when going to the house with luggage or those who struggle with walking up hills. Once you get in the house, they offer a garage code that is at street level. We found this useful to store things we didn't need up in the house like drag along wagons or water toys we brough along. The kitchen has an amazing gas oven/range and Subzero Fridge. I highly recommend parasailing and renting a cabana at Decantso Beach Club.

We loved this home. Very cozy, great kitchen (we cooked most of our meals) and the beds were comfortable. Overall, we highly recommend. Good communication with the property manager. We had a group of 6. It is a bit of a hike of the hill with luggage, but we managed!

We stayed 4 nights. The view from patio was the best. Kitchen is well stocked and top of the line appliances. Lots of space for families/couples. TV upstairs and downstairs is great for families with kids. Short walk to downtown area. Up hill walk home but definitely worth the view.

Great meeting place for two families of four with school-aged kids (aged 9-11): we would definitely return. Worked great for us but wouldn’t necessarily recommend for younger kids due to glass table in living room, steep stairs to front door, etc. Overall clean and as-advertised. Short walking distance from everything, with the caveat that there is a steep a hill leading up to the property so best for the able-bodied. Enjoyed being part of a “locals” neighborhood as it gave the stay a more authentic and less touristy feel… we could escape the cruise shippers! Lovely balcony with a grill for outside meals and enjoying the sunshine. Very nice gas stove and range for cooking. Minimal toilet paper/paper towels provided so guests should be prepared to supply their own. Also, make sure to bring enough clothes as there is no washer dryer and you don’t want to spend your time at the laundromat!

The lighting at night in the upstairs living area was not very bright at night. Needs brighter bulbs. Could also have used some extra blankets (chilly weekend). Otherwise, nicely outfitted and comfortable.

Lots of pots, pans, and utensils in the kitchen. Nice grill on the deck. Great for our group that likes to cook together.
We had some issues with the hot water not being hot... but then it was hot again so who knows?
House was not cleaned properly upon check-in, but management made it right in the end. I bring this up not to say this place is not clean (I expect the problem was a bit of bad luck on a busy week and is not the norm), but to highlight management's responsiveness: it's good.

This house is the best! Eight of us stayed for a long wedding weekend. Roomy, well designed, everything we needed was there. We were able to keep our e-bikes in the garage, used the beach chairs and umbrella, beautiful kitchen and awesome deck. So much fun!!

Beautiful, clean home on a very steep hill with a nice view from the deck. Upside down floor plan. No laundry, stingy on towels.( Only one kitchen towel provided for a 5 day stay). No hot water in one bathroom. Called office, but they never delivered. Incorrect TV instructions, no batteries in a TV remote.
Lots of beach accessories in garage was a nice surprise, chairs, umbrella, etc.

Our family of 5 really enjoyed this home. It was so nice to sit outside on the deck & enjoy the beautiful view. The house was very clean & furnished with a really great beach/ocean decor. The beds were comfortable. Everyone had plenty of room & we were thrilled with the 3 bathrooms. We were all able to sit together at the dining room table for meals & the kitchen was stocked with anything you would need for cooking. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a women's trip and worked out perfectly. It was a great location and we worked up an appetite going up and down the hill and the stairs. The kitchen was fantastic, the bedrooms great and it was wonderfully well appointed. We especially enjoyed sitting on the balcony for happy hour and early morning coffee. We could tell sometime enjoyed decorating the home with beach themed touches. I would highly recommend and would stay here again anytime.

Our stay was fantastic - beautiful house to celebrate a couple of girlfriends special birthdays. Six of us comfortably stayed in this beautiful place. Other than the hill (which was definitely manageable) the location is great to get all around the island. Truly enjoyed our stay at this terrific property.

Great kitchen and location. Big enough for a group of 8. Comfortable beds. But cleaner rang doorbell at 8:45 just to say that we need to leave by 10. We were told we could leave a little later by the property manager but that apparently wasn’t communicated to the cleaners. I have never stayed at a place where the cleaners think it’s ok to come knocking before check out.

A lot of things were really dirty and had stains like the couches, bed spread etc. Some of the kitchen cabinets were filthy inside. The faucet in the kitchen was very wobbly, the toilet downstairs leaked when you flushed, the door from the master to the balcony didn’t open… A lot of things need to be fixed before other tenants rent this property. Otherwise location was great though and so was the view from the balcony.

A chef’s kitchen dream. All the necessary stuff, large stove, great knives, nice pans, etc., to make some great meals if you’re into that. I’m a cook so I loved making a large breakfast each morning for my family and eating out on the porch. Great house overall for families. Nice and clean, which is very important to me. Yes a slight walk up hill but welcomed exercise. Would stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house is well laid out with lots of space. The second floor deck is perfect for viewing the harbor in the mornings while having your coffee or having a glass of wine while watching the sun set. Kitchen is large with commercial appliances.

Overall this house was great for what we needed! It slept 8 people comfortably and had plenty of room in the living room and upstairs outdoor patio for grilling out and enjoying the weather. Very close walk to Descanso Beach and the downtown area and close to the grocery store to grab essentials.

Great location, great space! Loved the balcony -- for breakfast and happy hour. Rooms are well furnished, bathrooms are great. Plenty of relaxation space with two "lounges" plus the outdoor decks.

Paradise Found
This place is exactly as pictured ... a perfect setting for a relaxing getaway with your family, friends or whoever! There are 3 bedrooms 2/bathrooms downstairs with the family room and then a huge master suite w/bathroom in the upstairs by the kitchen, another family area and patio. Fantastic layout to allow everyone some privacy and also areas to play. Wonderful property and we will be staying there again.

Spacious Home with a View
Large house with plenty of room to spread out. Four bedrooms and three baths were definitely a plus. The views from the balcony were stunning! The street up to the house was a bit steep for us retirees pulling suitcases, but our stamina improved during the stay! We will stay there again.
