The apartment in general is very, very very nice. The owner is actually very helpful. Thank you to all of you. Great location for those who want to see the city center, Metro station is town on foot and very easy to get the center. You need 10 minutes to get the Duomo station. .

The location was good. Right near the metro. Lovely coffee and bakery round the corner for brekkie. The washing machine on site was great too

Location was ideal! Easy access to local shops, ATM machine and metro station. The apartment was super clean! It had everything we needed from air conditioning, cooking utensils to washing and ironing facilities. Federica was the perfect host! She made us feel very welcome and was always quick to respond to all of our queries which made our stay very enjoyable. We were able to explore Milan, Venice and Lake Como in our 3 days that we had. Would highly recommend staying at this apartment for any couples on a modest budget.

Unfortunately the sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable to sit/sleep on and we were unable to use it. Fortunately we have a small child so 3 of us were able to sleep in the main bedroom which had a large double bed.

The property was very clean and light. The bedroom was comfortable and spacious and the bathroom and kitchen, while rather small, had all of the things needed for our stay. The host, Fede was very nice and helpful.

The shower temperature was a bit hard to adjust at times

Very comfortable place with all appliances. The host was very nice. There were some cold beverages in the fridge when we arrived!

A bit noisy at night, everything from the street and the neighbours could be heard.

The biggest advantage I would say, will be the location! Near to metro station, Lidl, shops, restaurants and more. Very clean and the apartment well organized. You have everything you need, the amenities are plentiful, and the overall space is very well used. For a group of 4 people it’s the best choice. Separate rooms for each couple and enough space. If we had any questions or we needed any info, the host was very helpful and responsive.

The pull-out couch should be replaced, it is worn out, and it makes some weird noises, and it starts to be quite unfonfortable. We had to use the heat from the AC units, because the radiators were cold, but I suppose it is from the municipality.

It was very clean. We had everything we needed and the host answered all of our questions. The location was good. Although it was not in the center, it was 250 steps to the metro station and you could be in the center in 15 minutes in total.

The walls are quite thin and the neighbours were very loud from time to time... Apart from that, everything was perfect.

Everything was a dream. The host was communicative and gave us tips on what to visit. Subway station very close. We will definitely be back.

Apartment was very spacious and modern. Frederica was kind enough to share with us a list of things to do and visit in Milan, and even got breakfast for us on our first morning. Location is superb. There is a metro line 1 minute from the apartment that will take you to the Duomo. Overall pleasant stay.

The walls in the apartment are paper-thin. We could hear everything that was happening in the apartment above us. This is a minor inconvenience, but someone walked in their high-heels around the apartment every single morning which woke us up.

This is really a perfect experience that I have never expected. Everything is perfect. The host is really nice, friendly and helpful. The sofabed is big and comfortable. I will definitely recommend it to everyone.

Federica is a very, very, VERY nice person that tries to help you and make you feel comfortable as good as she can! She gave us exact metro/route discriptions to the apartment and special places, helped us with traintickets and cheaper prices for restaurants. I would definitely come back to her apartment! It was clean, cozy and had everything you need. Thank you very much for everything. ♡

There was nothing, everything was fine!

The host is friendly and the room is very big. Kitchenware and sanitary products are complete. And every room has air conditioning! The transportation is also very convenient. A great stay experience!

Because I don't know Italian, I can't operate the washing machine, and the translation software always makes mistakes. It would be better if there was an English version of the annotation

Our host was very warm and friendly person, also gave many useful tips and information, recommended different places to visit. Apartment was very nice, clean and cozy. There was a very good bakery hundred meters from apartment, where you could buy fresh delicious pastries for breakfast. Also location was very good, only 200 meters from metro, easy to reach different destinations.
