Very spacious and elegant apartment

The breakfast has a lot of room for improvement. It was not at all upto the standard

The layout of the apartment and apartment facilities was good.

1. They forced us to take an extra apartment as they counted the 2.5 years, 7 years and 8 years as adults. 2. .The staff was very arrogant and impolite. They spoiled the whole stay and the reason I gave poor rating to this property. I complained to the receptionist 3 times to see that the TV was not working but they didn’t bother to check. There was a Bangladeshi person who was standing at the reception and when I complained to him he started raising his voice and on my protest he told me to go and raise a complaint on Booking.com or even the ministry of tourism website and was least bothered. When I asked him his name he told me to first try and find out his name and then put a complaint. He misbehaved with my friend who was also staying in the same hotel. The worst ever staff I have ever seen. 3. The parking was poorly designed and extremely difficult to park and exit.

Fact that it had 2 bedrooms and the size

It needs maintenance, bath leaked and there was evidence of wall damage all around.

Resturants next door, beds comfortable, staff are freindly and nice

Refusing to honor extention sometimes or take full payments when rooms are available as they get contracts many times

The guy at the reception on 08/08/2023 at morning 8 am was extremely rude and non-cooperative.

Beds were comfortable, tv in each room, kitchen was stylish, parking was good

Dining hall was average

Superb top rated well designed, excellent staff a must place to stay in tabuk. Huge apartment with all possible facilities. Washing machine, tv in all 3 rooms , all new, covered parking,
