Idéalement situé, à 15 minutes des terminaux de l'aéroport DFW, à 18 minutes du centre-ville de Dallas. 15 minutes en voiture du stade AT & T et Six Flags. Non loin se trouvent également Irving Lake, Lone Star Park, Verizon Theatre Toyota Music Factory, Epic Waters et plus encore!

We had a great time in Dallas and loved the house! It was a perfect size for our family of 5 adults with one baby. The extras for the baby including the high chair and pack-n-play really helped! Everything in the house was clean, welcoming, and ready for our use. We went to the Dallas Zoo, aquarium, Fort Worth Stockyards, and the Cowboys & Colts game. We had a fantastic time and will definitely use the house again on any return trips!

Great Location with easy drive to AT&T stadium. House is very clean with comfortable sleeping arrangements. Showers and bathrooms well stocked with nice towels and toiletries. Kitchen has everything you need for eating in or cooking dinner at home. We definitely took advantage of the big refrigerator. The hosts were very nice and checked on us using VRBO messages as well. I would stay again if available next time we bring the family to Dallas.

Our stay at this house was amazing. It is a very cozy home that had everything we needed and more. It was a short distance to the AT&T Stadium and many other attractions. Communication with the host was good as well. They were very quick to answer any questions that I had. I would highly recommend this home and will definitely stay here again if in the area.

Property came with everything we needed in terms of bathroom and kitchen accessories. Inside was clean and check-in was smooth. Backyard and lawn was unkempt. Could've been cleaner and more inviting for those that sit outside. Patio table was very dirty from previous renters. Lawn overtaken by weeds and needed mowing. Small complaint, otherwise our stay was great. Very centrally located to downtown Dallas, AT&T Stadium and the DFW Airport.

Last family vacation
Our son is moving to the Dallas area, so we decided to take a last family vacation before he moves away from home. The Urban Cottage is very centrally located to everything. We felt very comfortable and at home, and the master bathroom is amazing! The hosts thought of all the right touches to make the stay special.

Cozy adorable cottage!
This house literally has everything! There were the big items like coffee, plenty of towels, to smell details like shower caps! If you are looking to be close to everything like Arlington and Dallas, then this is the ideal location! This is by far one of my favorite houses to rent!

Cozy Home
This home was great. Very quiet neighborhood and property managers were very attentive and quick to respond to my questions. This home is golden for women travelers especially. The soaking tub in the master bedroom and toiletries included for any and every situation that just may arise ladies and parents! Great home!

Very nice
The house was comfortable and conveniently located to getting around all areas of Dallas without too much of a drive for young kids. It is well stocked with kitchen and bathroom supplies, and even baby supplies which was a big plus!

Central Location
Great property! Perfect for kids: yard, pack n play, highchair, toys, garage all make it convenient. We were 15 minutes from Medieval Times, Rangers stadium, Legoland and it was easy to get in and out of!

Perfect house for weekend getaway
We were in Irving for a concert at Toyota Music Factory. The check in process was easy. The house was super clean, spacious, and well maintained. Exactly like the pictures if not better. The hosts even had a basket with toiletries in the bathrooms for us. Great stay. Short drive to the concert venue and all the restaurants. Will definitely book this house again next time we’re in town.

This is a nice place. So much better than staying in a hotel. You can eat off the floors it is so clean. It was conveniently located close to U of Dallas. There are tons of services close by, gas, liquor, grocery, etc. And of course Donuts. I didn't realize Dallas was the Donut capital of the planet.
We were able to arrive earlier than I thought. I didn't communicate that to our hosts, which is on me. The locks are timed for check in time. Just know that check in time can't be moved unless you communicate

The property was very nice, and the location was terrific. Just minutes from Globe Life Field, DFW airport, and downtown Dallas. Would stay here again.

Super cute and clean property.
They had so many necessary amenities that we would’ve bought and did replace. It was just an adorable property in a residential neighborhood near the airport. They had great instructions on exiting and expectations. If I am ever back in Irving Texas I will look this property up again.

Dallas- Fort Worth Family Vacation
This home is perfect for hosting a group of six people. Judson and Sammi communicated often and spoiled us with multiple extras. The house was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. Several great restaurants and ice cream places made our kids happy. Additionally we were able to get to Dallas and Fort Worth with ease. Additionally, there were board games available that our family loved If! If we ever make it back to Texas, we would love to stay here again.

Calm, cozy cottage
This cottage is very very cute. My kids had great time playing in the fenced back yard.
The kitchen has a lit of extras like spices to cook, oil, coffee, sugar and is well equipped.
The neighborhood is quiet and quaint.
We had an excellent stay. The host was very attentive and sorted out a minor issue we had and even reimbursed me part of our stay! They really care to make you as confortable and happy as possible.

This home was beautiful. Very peaceful and met the needs we had for our family vacation. The property owners kept us up to date before our arrival on how to get to the property and the check in procedure. The owners thought of everything to make this stay a wonderful experience.
