This is a lovely, very well cared for property. It is sparkling clean and nicely decorated with a functional kitchen and very comfy beds and bedding!! It has great outdoor spaces--a private courtyard that's very useable, as well as a sweet shared pool area. Jimmy, our host was wonderful; he was excellent with communication and flexibility, and the place sparkled with the loving care he's put into it. Thank you!

Beautiful property with a wonderful private and common area outside. The beds and furniture were very comfortable. The owner was great to work with, and communication was in a timely manner. We were able to enjoy the pool several days during January. The neighbor hood is friendly and quiet. I felt comfortable walking our dog at night. The house is just a few blocks away from the main street in town. It was lovely to eat, drink, and listen to music and then just walk home! Love the house and Gulfport!

Wonderful location for us. Clean and welcoming with good bets. Got this place for our kids as our family has grown so much. May need the second half next time.

Things I look for are comfort and cleanliness. This knocked in out the park. We rented both units to attend a wedding. Never been to Gulfport. Family member traveling with chronic health conditions. Jimmy graciously made early entry possible to accommodate this and while not skimping on cleanliness. Couldn’t figure out keys. Quick reply remedied that. Best bed ever, even compared to my own. Child locked bathroom door but quick reply as well solved the issue. Pool and space where a winner. I usually don’t repeat stays because I like to explore but if I’m ever that way again I will definitely book here!

the pool, location and communication were all great. It was nice for what we needed but it was a bit of a small rental for 4 adults. the bikes, pool accessories and furniture could definitely use some updating.

We just got back from a wonderful 12-day stay in Gulfport, and I have to say that the condo we stayed in was absolutely perfect. The property was spotless, and the owner was incredibly responsive to all of our needs. Plus, the location couldn't have been better - we were just a short walk away from a beautiful, laid-back beach and tons of amazing restaurants. We even had the chance to chat with some of the locals and really felt like we were part of the community. My kids had a blast riding their bikes around the quiet streets and spending time in the pool, and we all appreciated the wide variety of amenities that were available to us at the condo. I'm already looking forward to our next family trip to Gulfport, and there's no question that we'll be staying at this amazing condo again!

Place was beautiful on the inside. Outside was ok not sure if wind blew dirt around looked very dry but still very nice. We definitely had no complaints. And as a bonus the people renting out the other side were great also. Very much worth every cent looking forward to staying there again.

We very much enjoyed our stay for 3 nights. Everything was as pictured, apartment well equipped, owner helpful / good comms, and neighborhood was a delight with easy walk to restaurants and beach parks.

The Art deco style of the property makes you feel like you are returning back in time. The patio and pool area were great except it was pretty chilly for most of our stay leading up to Christmas. After working in 4 diamond luxury hotels and resorts for many years my expectations are pretty high. Overall, the amenities were great and any issues were handled immediately. The little town of Gulfport is quaint and right around the corner within walking distance. Don't miss Siri's gourmet burgers and pizza, Stella's, Bo Tiki and O'Maddy's!

I’m almost reluctant to share how great this rental is because I want to keep it to myself. The location is perfect—just a couple of short blocks to town or beach, on a quiet street. The home is very tastefully and thoughtfully decorated, and has everything you could want or need. The beds are smallish but comfortable. There is a ton of storage space, which was great for an over-packer like me. The pool is perfection with a shelf and umbrella for ultimate relaxation. It’s small but it’s all we needed! One note: there are two units in a duplex, and these photos show both. We had some initial confusion when we arrived and didn’t see some of what was in the photos. In the end it didn’t matter, but be aware that you are renting one of the two shown. The two units share the pool, but we enjoyed our neighbor’s company. We were thrilled that our dogs were welcomed but did have to be mindful of the shared wall, so keep it in mind if you have a noisy dog. (We were lucky to share with a friendly dog-lover who didn’t mind our pups.) Thanks to Jimmy who was a responsive and helpful host! We look forward to returning—we will definitely rent here again!

We rented in Gulfport as we were attending a wedding. They place was perfect for.our small group and everything was as described. The weather didn't allow for us to use the pool but I'm sure if we had, it would have made the experience that much better.

Property was clean and as advertised. Walking distance to food and beach. Great town for a short stay. Highly recommend!

Location is just a few blocks to the main strip of stores, restaurants/bars. The space is expertly decorated and has everything you need. Especially appreciated the extra touches provided like k-cups of coffee and travel size toiletries. We really enjoyed relaxing in the pool and using the outdoor grill space. Regretfully we didn't have time to use the bikes but that is another nice touch. Inside was clean and well organized for the small size. Would rent again and recommend.

We absolutley loved our stay at Sunny Days. Our host, Jimmy was wonderful, attentive, helpful, available and easy to communicate with. Where to start....the pool, its brand new and so beautiful, with an amazing sun shelf and lounge charis and a sun umbrella, just the thing to cut the heat. The home is located a few blocks from the art distract, shops, galleries, bars and restuarunts, you can walk to everything from the house or take the two bikes available on the property. The home is very private and absolutley gorgeous inside and out. The home's interior design is stunning inside with art deco styling and gallery worth art murals, its has two bedsrooms, tvs in every room, just log into your favorite streaming services and a marble bathroom. Also included are 2 bikes, 2 sun chairs, an umbrella and lots of extras, including washer and dryer in the home. The home is well maintained and very clean inside and out. We will definitely stay here again! In fact we are already planing next years visit. Absolutely 5 stars!

Nice property, good location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The pool was amazing and the location to restaurants and shops was great. The art and pool were my things about the rental. Speakers hooked up outside at the pool and all the kitchen supplies you need. Thank you for sharing this beautiful space with us.

Our visit was a “staycation” of sorts. Wr live in Tampa and met family in St. Pete. We loved the home; even though the square footage seems small, it offers plenty of space. The enclosed patio was great for a get-together and the pool was a great perk.

Had a great time at this property. Went to Gulfport for a long weekend and this was a great rental. The space was clean and lovingly decorated and the host is friendly, helpful and easy to communicate with. The highlights for me were definitely the location...really cute area (the art district) which is literally steps from everything you want to see and do in Gulfport...and the POOL! The pool is shared with the other side of the property but we had it all to ourselves and were in it 3 times a day. Private and well maintained and just a real treat. Would definitely stay here again!

From top to bottom, our two night rental in centrally located Gulfport was a great choice for two couples visiting the area. Immaculately clean, bright and pleasant, attention to decorative detail, the accommodation must be considered on par with classic highend B&Bs. The full kitchen was exceptionally stocked with equipment, cook and dishware down to a largr blender. The pool is a luscious sunspot oasis with a useable size pool. And a separate private patio was great for morning coffee and breezy twilight appertifs. The Host provided all the security codes to access doors to wifi and digital services.

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend. The rental is beautiful and it comes equipped with all you will need if you cook. We don’t grill so never used it. The pool was fabulous and quite a treat. We walked to everything and just left the car at the house. Everything was perfect inside the house, excellent AC, beautiful towels, extra blankets, etc. Jimmy thought of everything. We would definitely stay there again.

Gulfport is a fun artsy town with plenty of fun. We found our accommodations to be incredibly clean, beautifully decorated, and had absolutely everything we needed. We use the bikes to get around town and the grill to cook an exceptional barbecue dinner. Everything seemed new, it is well maintained. We thought the pool looked small on the site, but it was plenty big and we spent many days soaking up the sun and cooling off. 5++ You will not regret staying here - LOVED IT!

You could not expect more. It was a cozy charm townhome. Love the location, amenities. The pool was exactly as they show in pictures. Close to restaurants, beach and shopping. I will recommend this place 100%. Definitely will be there again soon.

Even the rain couldn’t stop us from enjoying this darling duplex. Loved the pool and we were sad the weather didn’t allow us a chance to enjoy the bikes. We were so thankful to find a fun board game during the storms. We loved the proximity to the restaurants and art walk. Looking forward to another stay! We would love to visit again soon.
