The suite of rooms is an apartment on the 11th floor of a modern high-rise, elevator building, part of an upscale development. The place is fully equipped with every domestic need and appliance, the bed is super comfortable, the rooms are large, airy and furnished with taste. I was more than happy with the apartment. For those who come with a car, there is private parking provided. The building is secure, with a coded entry to the lobby. It is located across the road from a big, pleasant shopping mall and close to major tram lines into the center. The host is a great, friendly guy who came straight over to the property to give me the keys and show me around, after I had rung him on his phone. He was smiling and unperturbed, even though I failed to give him the requested early warning that I was soon to arrive.

Although it is up on the 11th floor, the panoramic view is not all that aesthetically pleasing or imposing. The site is adjacent to construction of similar buildings, as well as perched above a major highway, rail lines and tram lines. There is some noise factor to deal with, but it is muted and not too intrusive, because it is so high up. To stay there, you need to be able to orient yourself to the city quite quickly, since it is not located right in the center. A half-hour's brisk walk will get you to the heart of the city, however, or take the tram.
