We liked everything. The apartment is cozy, clean, warm (as it was winter :) ), quiet. Just 20 minutes walk to the city centre. The host Svetlana was very friendly and helpful - any question, anything we needed was sorted almost immediately.

The bed and pillows are good, I slept well. There is a place for car parking. Rooms are big as well as bathroom.
Is this a VIP? I am not sure. if it were VIP, I expected to see a bottle of water and a few packages of tea, sugar. This is a bit high than standard, but not a VIP.
