Cette maison en duplex au centre-ville de Franklin est disponible à la location à l'année. Cette maison de vacances est une chambre à coucher / une salle de bain à l'étage (1500 pieds carrés), et l'unité inférieure est une chambre / une salle de bain (1200 pieds carrés) La maison est à distance de marche des magasins, des restaurants, des musées et des divertissements sur la place. Les mines de pierres précieuses sont aussi proches que 5 minutes. La télévision directe avec HBO / Showtime est incluse lors de la location de la propriété. À côté de la maison se trouve un parc de quatre hectares avec terrain de basket, aire de pique-nique, barbecues, salle de sport pour enfants et sentiers de promenade pour chiens. Nous sommes amis des enfants et des animaux!

We had a ball in town and visiting family locally. The House was in a great location to that. Short walks to restaurants in town and to a great park for out dogs. Communication with the owner was easy, prompt and helpful. We really felt at home even though we were there for a short time. Wonderful town, wonderful rental.

Property was fine. Surprised by the lack of amenities compared to the other properties that we’ve stayed at. We did leave behind a piece of luggage and they contacted us in a timely manner which we really appreciated.

House was convenient to town. Chloe was accessible to help with some initial problems. Property could use some cosmetic improvements (torn curtains, broken blinds, e.g.) Icemaker was not working, so some ice trays to make ice would help.

The duplex was clean, comfortable and roomy. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. It was a short walk to the downtown area. Perfect place for what we needed.

We had a 2 night stay. Little confusing on the vrbo site when i booked it- thinking we were renting the basement with an outside entrance (owner had both up and down) because if the listed pictures only showed the basement entrance to the upper dwelling. But it worked out well. My husband and I were traveling with an 87 and 93 year old! They loved the idea of all the space of a 2 bedroom house, versus a hotel room. Thank you for making them feel at home!

We were in town for the Annual Franklin Gem Show. The house was perfect! Clean, spacious, comfy, very accommodating. Kitchen stocked so I could make all my meals. Great location, quiet, close to everything. Excellent communication with Host Chloe! Would definitely stay again without hesitation!

This was our second stay at Chloe's place, and we enjoyed it. It is a great value, close to many wonderful places, gorgeous rides, in town, but not on top of everything. It is in a perfect locale as far as we are concerned. It is comfortable, spacious, you can cook in, or dine out with ease, shop or go almost next door to the park. Maybe not everyone's cup of tea, but we love it!

Chloe's house is in a great location, right downtown. We've stayed there twice now, and plan to go back. Chloe is very responsive. The house is clean, the kitchen is large and the beds are comfortable. The neighborhood is quite walkable. We will be back!

Ms. Chloe is a wonderful host! Any issues we had and there wasn't any, she took care of. Plenty of hot water and the washer and dryer worked great.
This is not anyone's fault. The speed of the internet is very slow.
We will be staying here again.

The living space was very accomodating. The home is located next to a park which is great when you travel with dogs. Close to downtown and numerous restaurants. The home does sit right on a curve in the road which was a little unsettling but overall it's a nice place. The owner is very quick to respond with any questions or concerns. We would definitely rent this place again in the future.

Franklin is amazing. great town and wonderful hiking. Chloe was great, she responded immediately to questions. the place was very nice. We had some tv issues, but was mostly fine. it was on a busy street, but very close to town. The park next door was great, too.

We had a wonderful stay. Check in was easy, it was very clean, the bed was super comfortable, we had a big smartTV in our room, and Chloe was super helpful and responded immediately whenever we needed anything. Also, great location. It's close to everything. We would definitely stay there again!

Relaxing, beautiful mountain hideaway! Owner was very accommodating and wonderful. A perfect escape and super comfortable bed, got the best sleep I've had in ages!

If it's peaceful mountain experience you're looking for this is noisy right on a busy road, yet convenient to stores and cute downtown. Owner was nice and accessible. Beds were comfortable but linens and towels need to be updated.

Great location, comfy home
We very much enjoyed our stay. Comfy living room, spacious kitchen & dinning, and great bedrooms. The shower is recently remodeled - beautiful. Bedrooms have great beds and plenty of space to store clothes & personal belongings. Short walk to Lazy Hiker Brewery and downtown Franklin. Really liked being able to walk to restaurants. The park next door was perfect for walking our dog and my son loved the playground! Communication with host was easy. Definitely recommend.

Communication with Chloe was good; she was very responsive.
Very nice, updated kitchen with a large refrigerator and good assortment of dishes, utensils, pots & pans, large crockpot. Comfortable furniture and beds. Disappointed that there was no Direct TV as the listing stated; there was only streaming services.

Close to everything
Great location,, close to restaurants, dollar store and grocery store, clean home with plenty of space for everyone. Loved that there was a park next door to walk the dogs. Close to road but got use to the cars

This was our second stay at Chloe's duplex. The apartment was spotless, well stocked, and very comfortable. Chloe even helped us out of a pinch by letting us drop off some bags and boxes early - which was a great help. We highly recommend!

Beautiful little house. Apparently someone downstairs which left parking a little tough but overall great stay. Thank you for hospitality

My boyfriend and I wanted to get away somewhere nice, peaceful and quiet just to get away for a bit. We got what we came for, very comfortable and relaxing. Checking in was a little confusing but Chloe was quick to help, very understanding and welcoming
