We had a wonderful time in Lindos before the wood fires. But the house is great and we were in a fantastic contact to our host. The house is in the center of Lindos but although there are tourists it is very quiet and charming. There is a lot of space and we had everything we needed. The house is close to supermarket and a lot of very nice restaurant. When we come back to Rhodes we would like to stay there again. Thank you for your hospitality!

Our family had a great stay in Lindos. The house was an excellent mix between comfort/convenience and tradition. Staying in the middle of Lindos in such a good property made our time their so much more enjoyable. With the house in the middle of Lindos we loved how easy it was to get meals, buy essentials and just be part of the life in the village. The communication was also great with the owner and property manager, which made our visit go so smoothly. Thanks

The Villa was beautiful with absolutely everything you need, location was amazing, a 2-3 minute walk to the beach, restaurants/shops. Yvonne and Sheila were extremely helpful with arranging taxi's and any information we needed and a lovely touch from Sheila was the coffee, bread, milk and honey she left for us. 100% recommend this beautiful villa

Fabulous really well equipped traditional villa in the heart of the old town. It really has pretty much everything you could think of for a relaxing stay there was plenty of space for 4 adults. The bedrooms are large comfortable and well equipped with bonus of air con that we needed some evenings. Lindos is beautiful there are 2 great beaches within 5min walk of the villa but be warned it is hilly. Perfect place and location the old town is a maze of narrow streets full of great bars and restaurants it takes a good few days to get your bearings but wandering around getting bit lost was all part of the fun. The large and comfortable terrace is great we used it every evening for relaxed drinks a few meters away from the busy town. We loved it and hope to stay again. Communication was great with Yvonne and Sheila who greeted us is a total legend nothing too much trouble and full of great advice.

Lovely property in an ideal location, Yvonne has been brilliant sorting out any questions, issues with the situation this year and Sheila who looks after you in Lindos couldn't be more helpful. Highly recommend.

All communication in the lead up to our holiday was speedy and efficient. We were met on arrival and within half an hour were eating on the rooftop at Alex’s, beneath the acropolis. The property is in a perfect location for the bars, restaurants, shops and beaches. Beds are comfy, air conditioning great and the courtyard a great place to hang out. We love Lindos and will be back to stay here again. Thanks

La posizione è perfetta, vicino al porto e nel paese. Comodo per tutto. L’appartamento è in una via tranquilla e ai sta molto bene. È arredata in maniera semplice ma con una cura incredibile. I proprietari hanno pensato a tutto. Non manca davvero niente. Gentilissimi ci hanno fatto trovare bevande e tutto quel che serve per la colazione. Pulizia perfetta.

Lovely typical lindos property, everything and more than wanted. Perfect location for beach, shops and centre and great courtyard for relaxing. Overall highly recommend.

Wir genossen die Ferien in Lindos, Villa Katerina ist hübsch und gut ausgestattet. Auf der Terasse lässt es sich prima entspannen und die Badebuchten sind so gut zu Fuss zu erreichen.

Ideal for our purposes, the only thing which we felt could make it better was a key safe as we only had one key for two couples. Sheila the onsite manager was lovely and very helpful.

Wir haben hier einen traumhaften Urlaub verbracht. Das Haus ist mit seiner Nähe zu zwei Buchten (Lindos Bucht und St. Pauls Bucht) und den Gassen des Zentrums ideal gelegen. Die Ansprechpartnerin vor Ort war sehr nett stets erreichbar. Kleinere Anliegen (Austausch Gasflasche für Herd, bzw Glühbirne) wurden binnen kürzester Zeit erledigt. Zweimal pro Woche kam eine Reinigungskraft, Handtücher für Haus und Strand und Bettwäsche wurden gewechselt, der Müll entsorgt.

We stayed at Villa Katerina with our grown up daughter and her boyfriend for a week in mid June. We had a fantastic time - the weather was great, Lindos was lovely and the villa was beyond our expectations - the modern features such as wi fi, air conditioning and the facilities in the traditional setting were perfect, it was so well-equipped with everything we needed - great for us as we only bring hand luggage . There was plenty of space for our family group not to be on top of each other and Sheila kindly gave us two keys for the villa which meant we could all "do our own thing" without worrying who had the key. Having the two bathrooms was a great advantage and we spent lots of time relaxing in the beautiful enclosed courtyard. The location was even better than we thought it would be - 5 mins to the main beach and 2 mins to the shops. We'll definitely be back to Lindos in the future, and would recommend Villa Katerina without hesitation

We have stayed at the Katerina many times since my boys were 5 & 6 through to their late teens. I cannot find the words to describe the feeling we get when we walk through the doors to the villa, other than "we are home". The bed in the master bedroom inspired us to buy one just the same - large, comfortable and the villa is in such a quiet area that you achieve a restful night's sleep, though you are only a very, very short distance from the myriad of bars and restaurants. The villa offers the utmost privacy also, with an sumptuous outside seating area and even an outdoor bed! One thing that is rare in Lindos is the lounge, which is very generous in size and boasts ample seating and as with the whole of the villa, very large windows which let in loads of light. The kitchen is so well equipped it makes mine at home here seem poor in comparison. Thanks to a washing machine, iron etc. we were able to cut our luggage by almost half. There are also two bathrooms, and the second bedroom has a lovely sleeping platform with lots of storage for clothes etc.as does the master bedroom. I could go on and on about how wonderful the villa is, but suffice it to say, that it is very well kept and cared for and I would highly recommend it to anyone, though would prefer to keep it secret so that I could stay there more often!

We rented this appartment in Oct 2010, it is in a stunning location. All amenities are in frist class condition. The villa itself is decorated and furnished to a high standard. Four adults spent a comfortable and relaxing holiday there and we would definately return. One of the best accomodations I have rented in Greece, highly recommended.

We have just returned from Villa Katerina and just loved it! I travelled with my 3 children (16, 10 and 9) and couldnt have wanted for a better place to stay. Beautifully furnished with all details thought of (hairdryer, safe.. even hair straighteners available!) and a fabulous courtyard for meal times. So convenient for the beach and the village it really is a dream. As you can tell, we loved it and would return in an instant. I cant recommend it highly enough.

Villa Katerina is a wonderful house which has been tastefully refurbished to fit with the traditional village style yet has the luxury of being equipped with a wide range of quality mod cons. It is perfectly situated in a quiet location yet just two minutes walk from the main square and the numerous bars and restaurants, whilst four minutes walk in the opposite direction will take you to two of the three stunning beaches which surround the village. The villa itself is extremely well furnished with a wide range of appliances ranging from an excellent air conditioning system, to a dishwasher and washing machine, to juicers, to hair straighteners! The kitchen is sympathetically modern and full of quality appliances. Everything is clean and in excellent working order. The living room is spacious and tastefully furnished. The master bedroom is just stunning – a large, so, so comfortable bed, tasteful furnishings and soft lighting -would be ideal for honeymoon. The second bedroom is in typically Lindian village style with the mattresses on a raised platform, however the authenticity and ambiance of this traditional room may actually surpass the luxury of the master bedroom to the extent that this could be the one to fight over! The Villa also has a bathroom and shower room which are both beautifully tiled and fully equipped. All of the rooms are set around a traditional cobbled courtyard, and this, for me, was the jewel in the crown. A private flower filled courtyard with wall lighting and tastefully furnished with quality wooden table, directors chairs, large umbrella and even a day bed for that essential afternoon nap. The courtyard was so relaxing and comfortable that we often never got round to going out in the evening. In fact it even attracted our Greek friends who live in the village on many an occasion! Having been a regular visitor to Lindos over the past 25 years I have stayed in many accommodations ranging from simple village rooms (younger days!) to luxury new build villas on the outskirts of the village and I can honestly say that Villa Katerina is the winner by far! It is simply perfect in every way, and so very reasonably priced in comparison to other similar sized village houses offered for rental. I most certainly will be back – in fact having rented for the first time in 2009 I have already booked a girlie week and a family week for 2010. If only she would sell…….and I won the lottery…….

Having been to Lindos a number of times since the mid-70's and stayed in many types of property, we can honestly say that Villa Katerina felt like a home from home. It has high-quality UK level facilities which catered for all our needs, even cooking was a pleasure in the spacious and well equipped kitchen. The bathrooms were clean and well maintained, with excellent showers. The property managers, Jill and Pete, were very helpful from the first day to the last and Karina kept everything clean and tidy. Eating out is always an adventure in the village, with around 40 restuarants and 30 bars, there is something for every taste. However, we would also suggest going to the local village butcher and cooking some of his superb sausages and steaks at the villa ... it's surprisingly cheap and the quality will speak for itself. Add a balmy evening in the villa courtyard and a couple of bottles of local wine and you have the ideal start to another Lindos evening. Turn left out of the villa and head straight down the hill to the beach, about 5 mins walk (downhill). Turn right and there's a tiny supermarket 25 metres away. The village has all the facilities you need including several supermarkets and a good chemist. All in all we would recommend this villa to anyone who wants a relaxing holiday in Lindos, at any time of year.
