Leider waren wir sehr enttäuscht für diesen Preis haben wir mehr erwartet. Handtücher lösen sich bald auf das hatten wir auch angesprochen. Sofa und Liege im Wohnzimer sind voll mit Flecken und das Sofa hat eine Kaputte Armlehne. Jalousie ist defekt und das wohl schon länger, das habe ich in den letzten Bewertungen (2021 , 2022) gelesen. Leider wurde die Heizung auch um 22 Uhr ausgemacht oder so eingestellt und erst morgens um 7:30 Uhr wieder angemacht, wir haben schon gefroren. Wir waren von Freitag bis Sonntag in der Wohnung, und am Samstag Morgen ab 8 Uhr wurde unter der Ferienwohnung wohl irgendwelche Bauarbeiten durchgeführt, das ist nicht schlimm aber hätte bei Ankunft mitgeteilt werden können. Ich werde auch ein paar Fotos reinstellen damit man sieht das es nicht erfunden ist. Ich werde diese Ferienwohnung für diesen Preis nicht weiterempfehlen. Liebe Vermieter steckt ein bisschen Liebe in die Wohnung. Und auch wenn man die Reinigungskraft seid Jahren hat sollte man trotzdem immer eine Endabnahme durchführen.

There was no heater.So it was cold.On the advertisement they told you that you can park in the public space.But there is no space.

Location is perfect if you travel through Germany
Most of the furniture and other items were old and the appartement (especially the kitchen) could use a good cleaning session (dirty toaster, sticky cabbins). We didn't have hot water in the bathroom (broken boiler). The owner offered us to use their personal bathroom but after a long day travelling with a baby and with an early checkout we didn't want to. You could hear loud music from downstairs as well.

Wow this place is fantastic. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay. It was so nice I booked another day.

No parking. Very difficult to park on site. You have to walk almost kilometers to find parking. Not useful for foreigner.

The owners are really nice and the place is comfortable and clean. It meet my expectations. It is a great place to be with your family and kids. Well connected with the bus lines. Totally recomended also for a bussiness trip.
The price. I was not expecting that a place in Oldenburg will be so expensive, however it seems that the hotel prices in Oldenburg are coping Paris prices.
