Plan d'étage entièrement rénové avec entrée au niveau du sol! La maison vient d'être achetée cette année et avait une cote 5 étoiles pour les dernières années de location. Emplacement parfait à proximité de la plage, de la marina et du golf. Rue calme avec une grande intimité et une vue dégagée sur le marais / l'eau. L'entrée principale s'ouvre sur un salon / salle à manger / cuisine avec des sols en briques polies. Le salon s'ouvre sur un vaste patio en brique et bois sur le marais avec une vue magnifique. La cuisine est 100% neuve, y compris les comptoirs en quartz, les armoires et les appareils en acier inoxydable. Le niveau supérieur a deux chambres avec de nouveaux planchers de bois franc, des placards sans rendez-vous et une salle de bain complète entre le maître et la chambre d'amis. Le niveau inférieur a une chambre, une tanière et une salle de bain complète. Pour ceux qui ont des problèmes ambulatoires, notez qu'il n'y a pas de salle de bain au niveau principal. Planchers de béton finis à la main au niveau inférieur avec grande tanière qui comprend un foyer au gaz. Chariot de golf 4 places (inclus) et kyack sont situés dans le carport. 4 vélos sont inclus dans la location. Des cartes d'agrément peuvent être achetées pour l'utilisation des équipements de l'île (piscines, golf, restaurants, marina, etc ...). We just completed our fourth year stay at this property and looking forward to another stay next year. Clean, fully equipped kitchen, all the extras. Jared is so easy to work with and always checks in to make sure your stay is everything you need it to be. Would 10/10 recommend this property.

First of all, communication with the owner exceeded expectations. Very prompt and went above and beyond to make sure we had the best stay. The house is very clean and well stocked with all of your cooking needs. We loved the quiet road in close proximity to the beach and marina. I will add that it didn't have many stairs for those with limited mobility. The bikes, beach chairs and golf cart were an added perk. The back deck is huge and we can't say enough about the view! Our two weeks flew by and we can't wait to get back! I would give more stars if I could!

Our family including 3 teenagers stayed at Jared’s home. We loved the second living/bonus area for kids. Honestly most of the time we were all outside enjoying the amazing view of the marsh. I love going to the beach but my happiest place on the island is the marsh. It is truly like a painting. Jared’s golf cart was much nicer than the additional one we rented. The home is beautifully decorated. The outdoor furniture is made of high quality. The grills are in great shape. Plenty of beach equipment and towels. I could go on and on. We loved Jared’s home!

Seven magical days by the Marsh again, great house and surrounding areas. We had everything that we needed and got to use the binoculars that Jared and Aimee purchased for the guests because again, ours stayed at home. Sitting in the back porch enjoying breakfast and having a chat with the deers always announces a great day. We needed some quiet for a few days and were fulfilled. Jared and Aimee are always a phone call away for help when needed and are exceptional hosts. Thank you for sharing your home and it's history. Jean-Marie and Nadia.

Our first trip to Fripp was wonderful! The house was ideally located and well equipped. We enjoyed our morning coffee on the back patio overlooking the marsh. The provided golf cart shuttled us easily to the beach, pool, and to get ice cream! Host was easy to communicate with. We'll be back to this property!

From the time we booked the reservation until the day we left the communication has been like no other. The home is beautifully decorated and spacious. Oh, and not to mention the most well stocked home we have ever stayed in on a vacation. I could go on and on. Every single person including the kids loved it. We will be back many many times to come. Host reached out to us prior to our stay to let us know the home would be empty if we could come earlier, which was very thoughtful. Home was immaculate. Location was exactly what we wanted -private but convenient. Roomy, peaceful and the best stocked kitchen of anywhere I have stayed. Bed was comfortable. Marsh view was beautiful- lots of deer in the area. The included golf cart was the cherry on top. We had a wonderful stay!

The house was perfect for our family’s week at Fripp. Plenty of bedrooms with private space for the teens. Kitchen was fabulous and well stocked. Even had a separate fridge for extra drinks which came in handy. Having chairs and bikes supplied was a huge plus along with fun beach toys and games for our evening entertainment. The golf cart couldn’t have been nicer, but the view…truly beautiful and peaceful. Just what we were looking for. The owner was so great to work with. He communicated timely and thoroughly and even checked in on us midweek. Such a great vacation that allowed us to truly relax!

Great property. Enjoyed the using the bikes and golf cart. Inside has been updated and the kitchen is very well stocked. Back deck is also nice with a great view of the marsh. We stayed at several houses on Fripp, would definitely stay here again.

This was my second time renting this property. I've never been drawn to rent a second time with any other properties. I love the location, the style of the home and it's furnishings, as well as the natural environment. Who knows? Maybe I will return a third time in the future.

Be back!
Again our stay at Jared and Aimee's home on the marshes met all our expectations. The hosts are very communicative and it made our stay very enjoyable. No bad surprise and this is good. The egrets by the golf course had chicks and we enjoyed watching them. The ospreys were incubating while the alligators were, like us sunbathing. Every morning the deer came to visit to check if some food was available but no luck with us. We also visited the Activity center and our granddaughter handled the snakes and was thrilled. A great stay with my family, Thank you Jared and Aimee!

Great Lay out and Amazing Marsh Views
Absolutely loved our stay at this house on Fripp. The split living room layout was great for our little people to watch their shows downstairs while the big people watched what we wanted upstairs while in the house. The Golf Cart was perfect for getting back and forth to the Beach/Pools/Marina. Waking up to coffee on the porch and deer viewing was the perfect start to everyday. Can't say enough good things about this property.

Fantastic views and great home
We had a great stay. Teens loved the 2nd living room and adults really enjoyed the view and back deck. The house is well stocked and very comfortable. We enjoyed the bikes, golf cart and kayak. We put kayaks in at marina and paddled back to the house. Great stay -we will be back!

Wonderful stay
Home was spotless. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom afforded totally separate area for privacy. All beds very comfortable. Kitchen had many gadgets, plates and silverware. Plenty of beach chairs and toys. Beautiful view. Owner was helpful and always quick to respond. Most fun was riding around in golf cart and seeing so many deer. We look forward to returning when weather is warmer!

Clean, Clean, Clean....with a Great View
This house was clean EVERYWHERE and it had everything we needed. The stairs in this split level are manageable by the elderly (my 80-year-old mother said so) and the lower-level den was warmer (which she really enjoyed) than what we enjoyed upstairs. This layout is also great for teens and young-adults needing a separate space to hang out. Jared was especially helpfull. I've rented on Fripp at least once a year for over 20 years....This place is a top choice!

Fabulous Marsh-view Home!
This is our fourth time visiting Fripp Island and this house was by far our favorite! Great central location, close to the beach and pools. The marsh views from the deck outback were heavenly. Not a huge home, but extremely comfortable and well appointed. The owners were gracious and responsive and provided us with everything we needed. The kitchen was particularly well stocked (except for spices) and is perfect for families who like to cook.

The Perfect Fripp Island Vacation Home!
This was our fourth year vacationing on Fripp Island and this home was by far the best home we have stayed in. It was exactly as described with beautiful decor and very clean. We enjoyed the back deck overlooking the marsh. It was the perfect spot to gather at night and to watch the sunrise in the morning. The owners were wonderful to work with and even checked in with us during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. I would recommend this home to anyone and we will definitely be back again next year.

Couldn’t Have Been More Perfect
This property is exactly as described and pictured except the pictures just can’t do it justice. It’s a gorgeous home with stunning views and conveniently located. Literally everything you could possibly need for a beach vacation and then some is provided. The house is immaculate - truly the cleanest vacation rental we’ve ever used. The beds are super comfortable too. The owner was fantastic to work with and very helpful since we were learning the ropes on our first trip to Fripp. Can’t wait to go back and I know exactly where we will stay!

A wonderful vacation nest.
Have you ever regretted that your stay somewhere was somewhat too short? Well, this has just happened to us. Few more days would have been welcomed. The house was as described and was perfect for our visit, and Katie had done a great job in prepping the place. Jared and Aimee are great hosts and here is one example: we forgot to bring binoculars and my wife called Jared to asked if a pair was stashed somewhere, Jared came back and said that they were not any on site but by Thursday binos would show up in the mailbox and it happened! I don't know about you but this is beyond the call. Again, Thank you Jared.

Wonderful Stay
This was our first trip to Fripp Island and we loved it! We enjoyed this house so much during our stay. It was exactly as described and clean. The back porch overlooking the marsh was so peaceful and the perfect spot to start and end our days. The included golf cart was such a bonus. Not having to deal with renting one and just jumping in and exploring was nice. I would recommend this home to anyone. The owners are very attentive and even checked in with us during our stay to make sure everything was okay. A wonderful home on a wonderful island. Can't wait to go back!

Winter getaway..
Enjoyed the house very much. It worked well for day trips to Savannah and Charleston. Even chartered a fishing boat from the Fripp marina for a few hours and caught dinner. Would definitely return.

Beautiful marsh view
Our family enjoyed watching the marsh change with the tides from the large back deck. The kitchen had everything and was beautiful. This house had plenty of room for all of us. It’s just a short golf cart ride or bike ride to the beach. We loved it here and hope to use this house again.
