Great location. Lots of space. Cindy need and hot showers. Good kitchen. Nice distant view. Walk to shops and beach if not carrying too much

Few pet stains on carpet from disrespectful power owners. Still clean though. Bit of noise from upstairs and traffic , but ok at night. Balcony was very dusty and needed a sun shade.

Very spacious, some recent modifications made the apartment more liveable, loved the ability to have our pet with us, very handy to the Main Street of Eden, plenty of parking,.

Was a bit musty smelling but not a big issue. Quite noisy from the upstairs, but thankfully the residents were early sleepers.

This accommodation provides a fully equipped holiday flat, including laundry washing. Facilities to bay food a just around the corner. Down to the harbor you need to have a short walk. Secured parking spots available. The check in / check out process was very easy, without any issues. (for international visitors it is recommended to have a local mobile number which can be used to communicate with the owner – SMS / calls).

Bricks outside have got a bit of moss and are slippery when wet

Great location for beach access, walking tracks, and shops. All within walking distance. Big kitchen, dish washer, comfy bed, great front verander for relaxing. Easy check in and out. Best of all, I could have my dogs with me.

No enclosed yard. No private yard. Attached 'flats' mean that you can hear your neighbours moving around. Traffic noise.

Driveway was too steep. Car hit at front or back when going over it. Heating of kitchen and living area was poor due to open plan and all the heat went upstairs to the bedroom.

Exceptional service by Lisa and Dan. We got a free upgrade due to a mistake in the booking system. Location is 5 star, Eden is a lovely, quiet town and we had water views too! Kitchen has everything you need for cooking, big fridge, dinner table and balcony dining set too. Washing machine and dryer in the laundry. Wonderful value for money in an area that fancier or newer places would be 3x or 5x in cost.

Little old and worn, shower in bathtub, doors can rattle at high winds.

Found the iron but no ironing board. The arm chairs are very comfy but a bit stained.

Comfortable, clean, great kitchen, great location.

Cupboard handles in the kitchen were sticky, probably from previous people staying there. Not a big issue.

Clean, comfortable bedding for the 5 of us.(a queen size and another bedroom with 2 singles and a trundle) Well appointed kitchen including a dishwasher and some children’s games etc in some cupboards. One bathroom with a toilet and an extra toilet in the laundry that also has a washing machine. A smallish lounge area with a comfy 2 seater couch and two very comfy recliner chairs. (Maybe a bean bag for the 5th guest would be a good idea?!) Free WiFi and smart TV etc. Kitchen area has good size kitchen table and chairs, plus the front balcony also has table and chairs to sit and take in the street views and part sea view. Excellent location with very short walk to Eden main st and about 5-7 mins walk down to Aslings beach and a children’s playground. Communication with the owners was no problem. We had an issue with the microwave and a new one was delivered the next day! Rear off street parking and also street parking if needed. Only negative is some floor noise from the unit above. We would stay here again. It was great!
