Cet appartement est situé à Fajardo, en face de la Villa Marina. L'appartement est entièrement équipé avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin pour votre séjour à Porto Rico. Il y a aussi une belle piscine avec un toboggan situé sur la propriété, où les clients ont un accès total.
Cet appartement dispose de trois chambres avec deux salles de bain complètes. La salle de séjour est entièrement équipée avec une télévision de 50 pouces avec câble, haut-parleurs netflix, WiFi et Bluetooth. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec tous les ustensiles de cuisine, vaisselle, casseroles, poêle, micro-ondes, réfrigérateur et coin salon pour quatre personnes. Les salles de bain sont entièrement équipées avec eau chaude, papier toilette et serviettes propres. La chambre n ° 1 dispose d'un lit queen-size et d'une télévision de 40 pouces avec netflix et câble. Chambre n ° 2 a un lit queen size et un lit double avec un coin salon deux places. Chambre n ° 3 a un lit complet avec un coin salon deux places. Balcony dispose d’un ensemble de patio et c’est le seul endroit où il est permis de fumer. Buanderie est entièrement équipée avec une machine à laver et sèche-linge et un évier de vidange.
Nous vous fournirons une broche à quatre chiffres pour entrer dans la propriété fermée, ainsi que nous fournirons une broche pour entrer dans l'appartement. La propriété a une piscine à laquelle vous devez une clé de piscine pour avoir accès. (Note) Si la clé de pool est perdue, vous perdrez le dépôt.

Seven Seas Beach est à 5 minutes ou Luquillo Beach est à 15 minutes.
Il est recommandé de louer une voiture pour se déplacer à Fajardo. Nous avons un parking gratuit. Remarque: ne vous garez pas sur une place de stationnement portant un numéro.

Just spend my vacation in. P.R last week in this property and I'll recommend 100 %. Very clean place, AC in every room and the Owner was always available to answer any questions. I will stay at this property again no doubt. Property is close to everything.

Finding and accessing the property was a problem. Poor communication of location and access prior to arrival on site. With no street names or property numbers on the street and no pictures of the property from the street, finding the property is "a hunt". Once we made contact with the host confidence increased but with good communication early and sufficient information about locating the specific property no contact with the host would be needed. We would not stay there again.

Very comfortable and thought out to the smallest detail, the kitchen has everything you need and even more, in every room there is a TV, air conditioning and an alex speaker, there are accessories for a comfortable stay on the beach
The community is very safe, with security cameras everywhere and locked gates at the entrance/exit.
The beach is 8 minutes away.
Next time we will only stay here.

This is a cute refinished apartment in a run down area. The owner is very responsive if you have questions. It is very close to a marina, but the kayak areas are not right by this marina… you will need to drive about 7 minutes to get to where the bioluminescence tours are. We enjoyed having an apartment that we could cook in and watch a family movie after busy tourist days. I would stay here again even though the neighborhood is rough. We were so busy in Fajardo that we didn’t have time to try the pool.

Good apartment in a recovering complex.
The apartment itself was great for us. The laundry was especially appreciated. The kitchen was basic but functional. The apartment was clean and the beds and bathrooms were good. We had a little problem getting the gate code to work when we checked in, but Carlos was quick to respond and we weren't delayed. For us, the main purpose of this apartment was as a home base as we went out to other activities and it worked great for that. It is of course adjacent to the marina, but you need to drive for pretty much all other things. Parking was easy and the complex was safe with onsite security. But it is important to note that the complex is still recovering from previous damage. While we were there they were repairing the exterior concrete of the building we were in and were prepping it to paint so there was a lot of banging going on during the day but the workers were good friendly guys. The majority of the units appeared empty while we were there. The pool was clean but is very rough with tiles broken, chairs broken, etc. So, if you're looking for a good home base, which we were, I highly recommend this property. If you are looking for something closer to a resort experience, that is not what this complex currently is. Hopefully, someday it will be back to its obvious former glory and we look forward to going back then!

Keep food in the refrigerator to avoid the little bugs of the island. I was nothing crazy because it is very clean in the house but we did learn to keep everything in the frig.
Carlos was very easy to get ahold of during our stay, which was very helpful.

Awesome stay

Awesome host
The host, Carlos, was absolutely the best and easiest host I've dealt with, and the condo was super clean, and exactly as described. I highly recommend using this unit.

Fajardo stay
Everything went as planned, the owner helped me check in with ease. The place was clean and had many items left for us to use (cooler, beach chairs, etc.) The only thing that was a negative was the pool could not be used, but that was NO FAULT to the owner. This was due to COVID-19 precautions. Thank you. We would stay here again.

Wonderful experience. The owner communicated with us during the check in process and answered questions about local attractions while we were there. The property is amazing and beach chairs, umbrella, and a cooler are provided. The washer and dryer also came in handy. The patio was my favorite spot to sit and relax after days on the beach. Pool was also awesome for relaxing days before heading home.

Great apartment
Beautiful well stocked apartment is an easy to get to and centralized location. Close to beaches restaurants and shops. The owner was very accommodating and has a lot of amenities available for guests to use. The only down side was the pool was not available at the time of our stay. I did get to see the pool which is beautiful. I would definitely stay here again in the future.
