Rez-de-chaussée, 1 chambre, 1 salle de bain condo, 9 couchages mais malheureusement HOA ne permet que 6 à louer. Au Débarquement à Carrabelle, Fl. À seulement 5 minutes en voiture de la plage de Carrabelle. 10-15 min en bateau jusqu'à Dog Island et St. Île George. 25 min en véhicule jusqu'à St. Île George. Condo sauvegarde à Carrabelle Marina. Également adjacent aux amarres, une option pour un slip humide pour votre bateau.

Marchez jusqu'aux restaurants et magasins locaux. Pêche incroyable, belle ville sympathique.
Condo a une cuisine bien équipée. La chambre a un lit king size et un lit superposé avec un lit double en bas et des lits jumeaux en haut. Tout nouveau canapé-lit et futon dans le salon.

This was our first time being in this area of Florida and enjoyed every minute! We stayed at The Landings for the month of February. The weather was a little cooler during the first part of the month than we were expecting, but it didn't hamper our visit. There are so many places to explore each offering their own unique charm. The condo itself worked well for me & my husband. We especially loved being able to take our dog! The kitchen is well equipped with everything we needed. There was even a huge array of spices in the cabinet along with a basket of snacks awaiting! The king size bed was comfy with nice bed linens and comforter. Plenty of extra linens & towels provided. There were just a couple questions I had for the owner during our time, and Deven promptly responded to me. Checking in and out was a breeze. The location is perfect for the area. Whether you are going to the beach, checking out the many State Parks, or just watching boats at the marina, It's quiet and laid back. If you're looking for a vacay that is relaxing without the huge crowds and high rise hotels, this is your spot. We would definitely reserve this condo again!

The Forgotten Coastline is amazing!

This is a nice, quiet, and clean property. The owner was quick to respond to any questions and the whole process couldn't have been any easier. We thoroughly enjoyed the drive over to St. George Island state park, and loved the peacefulness of the beaches there. Hope to return sometime for a day of fishing.

Quick trip
Nice place if you have a boat. King bed comfortable.
Downfall..Bunk beds too squeaky, thus if you're a light sleeper it keeps you awake. Does not have washer and dryer.
Owners respond quickly.

This condo was a great little hub for our family of 6 to vacation! We even brought our dog who was very keen on all the lizards in the shrubs outside. :) The kitchen was well equipped. The beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the proximity to the store just across the street. The kids loved the pool. The owners were easy to work with - thank you! We rented kayaks to paddle the marshes and see some wildlife - we were able to WALK to the boat ramp! If you decide to stay here, watch for some bald eagles along Hwy 98 going toward St. George!

Convenient Condo in Carabelle
This condo was a great little hub for our family of 6 to vacation! We even brought our dog who was very keen on all the lizards in the shrubs outside. :) The kitchen was well equipped. Wonderful vacation spot!
My family and I had a great time at the Moorings! The owners were easy to contact and very accommodating. The condo was quaint and quite. It felt very safe in the community. The beaches are beautiful and the fishing was great. We will definitely be back next year.

Convenient condo in Carabelle
I had a great time staying in the condo while working in Apalachicola for a few days. Nice location with a grocery store nearby and the beach right down the road.

Easy access to the best of Carrabelle. Plenty of room, nice and clean, and necessary supplies already there for you. Owner is friendly and easy to get a hold of.

Perfect Getaway
We had a great time staying in Carrabelle, FL in the condo. It was just right for our group of 4 for a few days of fishing. We were all able to spread out and have a separate bed which is a must after a long day of off-shore fishing. Deven was very helpful and super nice. She answered every question I had very promptly and was willing to help out in anyway possible. The condo was very clean and located right on the water of the main river. It is also located within walking distance to a few restaurants and the grocery store which is always very helpful I would recommend this condo and would 100% stay here again.

Great ammenities - Carrabelle, FL
We had a great time in the condo at The Landings in Carrabelle, FL. Our host/owner was VERY nice and made sure we had a secure reservation, and everything we could need for the stay. The surrounding area was very scenic with a great view of the marina and in the distance, the bridge. I would rent this again.

Cozy, Restful Property perfect for seeing the area! Would absolutely recommend!
Deven's space was just what we needed! Clean, well-kept, and very comfortable. Would recommend to anyone coming to the Carrabelle/St. George Area that likes the affordability aspect. I think that makes this space much more ideal than most in this area!
