We stayed at 2 different places while in Orlando and this rental was the best. Clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We want to go back. Owner is very nice and responsive

We had a glorious 2 week stay! The villa was how it was described , we weren't disappointed when we arrived we were surprised it seemed bigger than the pictures. Having disney bedding in 2 of the bedrooms was a lovely touch! Plenty of towels and pool towels to borrow which was great! ! It was a comfortable home to relax in after a long day out. To have the air-con on when we arrived was so inviting ! It has been 34-36c for all of our 14days. Having a pool table was fabulous. Just a bit of advice if you arrive late evening like we did as we were so tired from the journey maybe stop off at a shop along the way or pack some coffee/tea/milk i didn't know if we would get a welcome pack like in the uk, which we didn't , but it wasnt a problem we went to the shop just at the end of the road 5 mins away. Lots of helpful / useful information provided to us by email from the property owner thank you! We did visit Manny’s chophouse. The pool was really enjoyed by all of us , we didn't need the pool heated as it was cool and refreshing after sunbathing ! And on a night the pool was warmer than in the day as it gets sun on the patio all day. We spent lots of time in the pool, on our days off from visiting the parks, and not to be overlooked by any people / houses at the back whilst in the pool and to see the lovely grassy area/pond to watch wildlife from the pool view was lovely. We were lucky to spot a small alligator. We spotted lots of other types of animals too. Getting to and from disney on a week day took about 20 mins drive from the property, but we found at the weekends the traffic on the I-4 could take us an hour or more to get home especially on a evening lots of roadworks happening. Universal is a little further away. It was nice that the property was a little further out from all the hustle and bustle , it was a nice an quiet area / gated which was welcoming after having a busy long day at disney or universal areas. Wouldn't hesitate to book this property again if we return and would recommend to friends , it was like a home from home to us with the lovely added bonus of a pool! Thank you.

We rented for Feb/Mar. For this long stay we chose not to heat pool and hot tub. Only used a few times. Recommend heating for short stays. Hosts were easy to deal with even at a distance. Property well maintained. Beds comfy. Ample dishes and cutlery. Chairs replaced on patio. Our guests liked having our room. Would recommend this property. Safe and secure.

This place exceeded our expectations, truly amazing!! Pool and hot were perfect and enjoyed each day other the when the pool heater went out. The owners were very accessible, responsive and aggressively dealt with the heater issue by getting a new heater installed!! Love the home and will definitely be back!

The property was as advertised. Good location to Kissimmee and resort areas. The pool and hot tub were excellent and we took advantage of the long duration of sun in the backyard. The property owners were attentive and responded promptly to queries. Watersong is a developing community and will be interested to see its expansion. The clubhouse and pool is above average and saw limited use. Would stay at this property in the future. The 3 weeks spent there went quickly but close proximity to grocery stores ( Publix, Target) made for easy meal preparation and save on restaurant fare.

We had a wonderful visit. Very comfortable villa … we paid to heat the pool and spa and it was well worth it! Heated up beautifully in the middle of December. Used it every night… much needed after long days of walking! Showers were hot and wonderful in the morning! If I were asked what would I improve? … a large skillet could be added as they only had a medium and small skillet available for cooking.. a teapot would be useful and the Game room could use updating…….if they could fix Florida Disney traffic that would be great!! 😂 (just kidding of course) Beautiful Villa! Good location… would recommend ❤️

Where do I begin? First of all this is probably one house that it's pictures does not do this house justice! It's BETTER than the pictures posted! Stop looking this is the house you want for a Florida vacation. The pictures of the pool shows 2 lounge chairs, there are 4. And 6 chairs instead of the 4 shown.the TV is a 65 inch TV not the small TV shown. Every inch of the house was spotless! Most Florida vacation homes show garages converted into game room as does this house that can't really be used cause it's too hot. Not this house, it's fully air-conditioned. As far as shopping, Walmart is about 17 to 20 mins away and Publix is 5 mins away. I can't comment on the management services cause I didn't need to contact them. The Neighborhood is quiet and very safe and clean. The house is located at the end of a cul-de-sac so very private. Basically this house is like the resort villas I've stayed in with all updated amenities. So I would give this house 10 stars if I were able!

House was perfect for our needs. Major issue with the temperature of the AC not being able to go below 72!! We sleep at 68 at home!! The AC cycled ALL night and was not quiet. The king size beds are also platform beds, bad back and neck issues so I had to sleep in a twin bed and hope not to fall out. Other than that it was great!! Would come back if the AC temperature can be adjusted.

The house was great. Couple of issues. Pool guy just walked into the pool area without notification. Could have knocked on the door as my wife was changing in the bedroom with the blinds open. Could have been avoided with a simple knock on the door. Next the A/C has a setting that cannot go below 72 degrees. The house get pretty warm and is very warm at night. My family sleeps with a/c in my house. If you like to sleep very warm you will have no issues. We had to go purchase fans. Disney is about 45 minutes away with traffic... there is always traffic. Other than those issues this is a great house and the owners are super nice with great communication. These are just small issues that can be fixed.

Villa is excellent, very private and quiet location. Everything you need in the kitchen & laundry for a long stay. This was our 3rd time staying and this time we enjoyed more time at the villa rather than in parks so the pool was well used.

I had an amazing time the house was so big and gorgeous my husband and I enjoyed our self the pool and spa was great just needs light for at night but other then that it was great

We bought some burgers to grill and they only have two empty propane containers on site so we ended up cooking burgers on the stove inside. Bottom part of pool screen by hot tub was completely ripped which made my wife super paranoid of alligators and other critters entering the pool. Also if you plan to use Wi-Fi forget about it absolutely horrible. Other than that the place was pretty great.
