Bienvenue à San Diego! Séjournez dans ce condo spacieux et confortable avec 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Ici, vous serez idéalement situé à quelques minutes de tout ce que la ville a à offrir. Entrée sans clé. Rez-de-jardin, 3 marches descendre. Les clients ont un accès complet à 2 chambres, chacune avec lit queen; 2 salles de bain complètes, cuisine et salle à manger séparée; salon sur le canapé du salon ou se détendre sur le patio. Les clients ont accès à l'ensemble de la propriété, y compris les commodités du complexe de condominiums: piscine, jacuzzi et buanderie. Il y a 1 place de parking couverte hors rue. La propriété est située dans le quartier de Linda Vista, à proximité des campus de Mesa College et de l'Université de San Diego. Il se trouve également à proximité des complexes Sharp Memorial et Rady Children's Hospital.

The property was well maintained, clean, in a great neighborhood. Friendly people. If I had 1 suggestion it would be to replace the bed pillows. I would definitely recommend staying here ❤️

We had a lovely stay at this condo in San Diego. Rick was such a great host. The property was perfect for our family vacation. Loved having private parking and the pool/ hot tub facilities for unwinding after a day of playing tourist.

Great place to stay when visiting San Diego. Very convenient and close to the city. Plenty of space for the 4 of us. Great communication with rhe owner. Highly recommend!

We went to San Diego for the Zoo and the Harbor sights. While this condo is 5 or 10 minutes further away that the hotels downtown, we saved more than half the cost of two hotel rooms and were able to make our own breakfast. The laundry was handy because we were able to wash clothes before we moved on to our next vacation stop. Owner gave great directions and was a big help. The condo is far more roomy thab any hotel. THANK YOU.

Our family stayed here during our trip to attend a graduation. Rick’s place is super well located. Easy walking to some quick bites and groceries and a quick sprint to downtown, the beach and so many other great spots.
The place was clean, super comfortable and Rick was a great communicator. I enjoyed the thoughtful touches including USB outlets, linens and extra towels, and convenience of a home with none of the clutter!
I would definitely return!

We had a wonderful stay in San Diego. Condo was very clean, comfortable beds and furniture along with a well stocked kitchen. Rick is a great host. Will definitely try to book for our next visit.

We really enjoyed this space and it was perfect for the three of us. It was convenient to get to all points in San Diego. There are restaurants and shopping in the area.

The appliances need to be repaired refrigerator is missing handles to open it. The linen is old and very dingy. Needs to have an exterminator come in and spay for ants.

Perfect Location
My son and I stayed at this condo from Jan 29th to Feb 5th, 2022. We found that the location was perfect for us. We drove to LA and Palm Springs and we had easy access to the highways to drive to these places. Most of the major highways were right down the street. Also, the condo was extremely clean. As we walked in, there was a strong smell of bleach so we knew the condo had been sanitized. Also a plus, the condo had been supplied with bodywash, shampoos, and conditioners if you forgot them or ran out. In addition, in the closet, there was a portable crib. For families with babies, this would be much easier than travelling with a crib. Finally, the area was safe and we felt comfortable walking at night. Overall, my son and I found this the ideal location because we intended to visit many other locations and the accessibility to the highways was a plus.
