Ce condo a ce que vous venez à Maui. Vingt pieds de l'eau. Nous avons le meilleur emplacement de Maui à Maalaea. (paisible, peu fréquenté et non «touristique»). Le meilleur bâtiment de
Maalaea - Kanai a Nalu (premier et meilleur sur la plage de 6 km). Et peut-être la meilleure unité (401) à Kanai a Nalu (coin en bord de mer - vue fantastique depuis chaque fenêtre). Endormez-vous au doux bruit des vagues à l'extérieur de la fenêtre de votre chambre et réveillez-vous avec un magnifique lever de soleil à Maui sur la baie sur une magnifique Haleakala de 10000 pieds. Prenez le petit déjeuner sur votre véranda pendant que vous regardez les baleines et les surfeurs sur la baie en dessous de vous. Vues imprenables (les meilleures de Maalaea) depuis chaque fenêtre - même la cuisine donne sur les champs de canne à sucre qui se balancent jusqu'aux montagnes de West Maui. Les deux chambres et le salon ont une vue fantastique mais aussi une intimité totale (nous ne fermons jamais les rideaux). La cuisine est rénovée et entièrement équipée. Mobilier de style insulaire, y compris un nouveau lit king-size Beauty-rest, ensemble de salon de style tropique très confortable, DSL sans fil gratuit, réfrigérateur côte à côte avec eau filtrée / glace dans la porte, climatisation, laveuse-sécheuse. Les deux salles de bains ont récemment été mises à jour avec de nouveaux appareils, des carreaux, du granit et des lavabos en pierre véritable. Nous venons de déchirer le tapis et avons installé un beau plancher de bois de manguier dans le salon et la chambre principale. Nous avons ajouté un téléviseur HD à écran plat de 37 'dans la chambre principale avec un DVD Blue Ray qui peut accéder sans fil à votre compte Netflix.

Nous sommes suffisamment éloignés de la circulation et des zones touristiques «côte à côte» pour que vous puissiez vraiment vous détendre et apprécier ce qu'est vraiment la vie à Maui. Pourtant, nous sommes l'endroit le plus central de l'île pour un accès facile à tout ce que Maui a à offrir. Notre complexe de condos de Kanai-a-Nalu est un bâtiment de quatre étages en forme de U avec une belle cour ouverte sur l'océan. Il abrite une magnifique piscine carrelée au bord de l'océan. Les parents peuvent s'asseoir sous un arbre et regarder leurs enfants - à la fois dans la piscine et sur la plage en même temps. Vous pouvez décider de descendre au port de Maalaea pour faire une croisière d'observation des baleines, de plongée en apnée, de pêche ou au coucher du soleil. La zone portuaire abrite également le Maui Ocean Center nouvellement construit, un aquarium marin de classe mondiale considéré comme le meilleur des îles. I hesitate writing this review because I want to keep this amazing place our secret! We absolutely loved our stay in this condo. Walking in I was very impressed with how immaculate it was. It is exactly as described in the photos and description. The best part was the view and lanai. We loved the constant breeze through the condo and especially loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing on the shore each night. We spent a lot of time on the lanai watching the sun rise over Haleakala, surfers catch waves and sea turtles swimming below. Having beach towels, chairs and a cooler were a wonderful addition. Location wise we loved Maalaea. It is quiet and a great central location to almost everything on the island. This is an absolute gem of a condo and we are already planning a return trip! Thank you for sharing your Maui home with us!

Wow! All I can say is wow. We have had the most wonderful stay at this condo. The location is tranquil and very central.
The condo is clean, well appointed and comfortable. We love the breeze that blows through the init all day and the wonderful sound of crashing waves from the lanai.

This is the beautiful quiet area. Watching the sea turtles was fantastic. Easy to get to and going to local food areas. The Maui Ocean Center is 5 minutes away and worth the trip.

A nice corner unit. Clean & has everything we need. Hopefully the besch front access & bulkheads/seawalls will be repaired soon. Great lanai for whale watching albeit at this time of year there aren't tons of humpbacks.

The condo is in a perfect location if you want to be in a quiet area (a rental car is recommended). The wind does pick up quite a bit in the afternoon, but the breeze keeps the condo at a fairly comfortable temp if you open the doors & windows. We had sand in our rental car and the proprry mgr loaned me a shopvac so I could clean it out (I've been told the car companies are very picky about sand). Overall a great place!

We really enjoyed our stay! The condo was beautifully decorated with modern updates. The view was amazing! I even saw whales from the balcony! Going to sleep with the sound of the waves was soothing! If we ever need another rental, we will definitely see if your place is available. We are considering moving here in 5 years or so. Thank you again!

Maalaea has always been my chosen spot on Maui, however, many of the properties now have no direct access to the beach due to erosion damage. That impacted our visit a lot. I’m hoping properties rebuild the steps soon. Otherwise, the views and general location can’t be beat.

This top corner condo is the best one in this complex and probably on the whole street! It was everything we wanted and more. Had plenty of space, well equipped, and the sound of waves crashing day and night to lull you asleep was amazing. This condo is on the windiest harbor in all the US (per Trilogy boat operator) but honestly the wind gave the condo a perfect breeze to cool it down and relax. The beds were comfortable and the complex was quiet. The views were great as we saw whales breaching and turtles in the water off the balcony. Sandy beach right down the way to float in the ocean was a huge plus. We cannot wait to book this place again!

I rented this place for a month, so that I could share the joy with friends. It exceeded expectations! The view from the porch was breath-taking, and the sound of the waves lulled us to sleep every night. (And for occasional naps.). The neighborhood was just right—not too many people and little to no traffic. The property manager went above and beyond! She collected our mail, and sent out a worker (also wonderful) the same day to fix something…It was rectified so efficiently, I cannot even remember the issue! I highly recommend this place!! This property is a great place!!! The location is perfect for seeing all parts of the island. We enjoyed sitting on the Lani watching the turtles and listening to the waves hit the wall below. We were able to walk from the complex directly to miles of beach. I highly recommend getting this place if you are going to Maui. Aloha

My family vacationed here for a week. We feel in love with the view from this property! I enjoyed falling asleep to the sound of the ocean and waking up to it as well. The bed was comfortable. The property was very secluded, not a lot of foot traffic on the end unit. We had everything we could possibly need, chairs, umbrellas, cookware, you name it. The cons were that the unit was dirty. There was someone else’s hair all over the bathroom floor and the floors turned your feet black. Also, not enough hot water for a family of four. There was an ant problem in the kitchen too. I would rent again and recommend it to my friends and family.

Our family loved this place. The location was very convenient placing us basically the middle between Kahului, Kihei and Lahaina. If you want to travel around a car is definitely recommended. The condo itself was furnished with everything you needed, including large beach towels, chairs, umbrella, hard cooler etc. The condo was very clean and I am a neat freak so this was awesome! The views from the condo are spectacular. We watched Hawaiian green sea turtles everyday from the balcony just below. The pool and grill area are very nice! I will say the location is very windy. We read that this is normal for the location because of the mountains. It did make it hard to grill but that is hardly a complaint. The beach is literally right off of the property where you can walk for several miles. I walked it alone as a female for several miles and felt completely safe. The beach itself is beautiful! Overall it was a wonderful place to stay and would stay here again.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We loved getting to see turtles swimming in the water from the balcony. Beach access was right down from the pool. We enjoyed walking along the beach & seeing a monk seal. The condo was exceptionally clean and fit our group very well. From the moment you walk in, your view is the ocean and the breeze with the doors open is pure bliss. The owners were extremely communicative and exceptional to work with. We can’t wait to come back and enjoy this hidden gem in the future!

After several years of delaying our visit from Nova Scotia, Canada due to COVID we finally got to spend two weeks in paradise. Thank you Mike for being so patient and generous with us! We loved every part of our vacation. The condo is lovely and included everything we needed. It is beautifully decorated and the art work was a delight in itself. We loved the central location and travelled all over the island although it was difficult to leave the beach outside of the condo. We spent hours watching the waves, turtles and surfers. There are nice shops, the Ocean Centre and coffee options within a short walk. The weather for our stay was fabulous. We will definitely be back. Mahalo.

A truly amazing apartment to stay in for our visit. The views from the Lanai are spectacular. Watching turtles just below in the ocean and whales out in the bay. The apartment was clean and spacious for 4 adults. It was well equipped with everything you need from toilet paper to towels and beach towels. Even had beach chairs. Would highly recommend staying here and on our return we would stay here again. Mahalo

We just got home from our amazing Maui vacation and this property exceeded our expectations. Great communication with the owner and property manager, the condo is exactly as pictured; clean, fantastic location and the views are perfection. We would see turtles and whales from our balcony. While its a bit quiet in this area, we prefer that and also enjoyed being central to beaches and shops in every direction. The pool does have a lot of rules and the owners are not friendly towards children. That would not deter me from staying here. Just be prepared to advocate for your children if being well behaved and still getting grief from the older crowd. That being said, I would stay again in a heartbeat. Thank you!

The property is well-located for exploration. Pictures are accurate. Comfortable beds. Loved watching sea turtles play in the surf.
Disappointed that there was no beach access from the property. We had to walk down two condos & scramble down rocks for access. You can tell there used to be access, but it really overgrown, indicating that any storm damage was far from recent.
Would return, just wish it was explained b/c I was traveling with my 79 year old mother & it was more than she could handle.

Our vacation was cut short due to the travel madness over the holidays, but our stay here was lovely. The owner, the management, and the housekeeper all went out of their way to accommodate our time here. The condo is lovely with beautiful views, located in a quiet neighbourhood. The grounds were beautiful, the beach a short walk away, and it is a fabulous, long beach. Definitely enjoyed our short stay.

We loved your top floor corner unit. Very private and right on the beach. The balcony was wonderful with chairs to enjoy the sound of the surf and the views. Your unit was fully equipped and everything worked wonderful. The location worked for going south to Wailea and north to Lahaina. We would highly recommend this unit.

Excellent Property, wrong side of the Island.
Over all, we had a great time. This Property was beautiful. The real life property matched the photos which was huge for me. There is a washer and dryer in the condo and parking was always available. The location is okay, views are spectacular from every window, but the Wind was terrible. The marine center, a scandia type place, the harbor and restaurants were right there within walking distance which is a plus. The kids loved this. There was no direct beach access, but the beach is a short walking distance down the road from the condo. Once you got past the homeless camp at the entrance of the park, (not the owners fault ) the beaches were long, beautiful, and sandy. If I could have this condo in a different part of the island, it would be perfect. All night long and all day long the strong wind howled, which was a bit annoying. We are not sure if this is a year around thing, or just this time of year, so I can not judge or rate the condo based on that, I know, so don't let it detour you. The condo itself gets 5 stars, but we thought you should know about these other things too. It was very sad to see how many homeless camps there are all over the island, not just here. We saw them at almost every beach, but we understand times are tough for some, and we had no issues at all with any of the people. We would return any time, and that is the most important part to consider.

Family New Years Trip
Wow! This location is beautiful, centrally located, quiet, and has the most amazing views. (I think it is probably the best unit). The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially appreciated having a cooler, ice packs, and a washer/dryer. We washed towels and bathing suits daily! Next time, we will pack less as we basically lived in bathing suits and didn’t need most of the clothes we packed. Last time we stayed in Lahiana. We loved this location so much more! It was a quick trip to most parts of the island that we love to visit. Our friends stayed in Kihei and had a very loud New Years eve. Ours was quiet, yet we had a amazing views of the fireworks across the bay. We also saw whales daily. (Look for the mist and splash, and where the boats are gathering). We hope to come back again. Good location
Condo was a good location mid-island to go north to Lahaina/Kaanapali and south to Wailea-Makena. Part of Kihei roads closed to mud from storms for several days so happy we didn’t stay there this trip. Very windy location but condo building blocks so not a problem on balcony. Using the BBQ was a bit problematic.

Wonderful location
Amazing location, condo was clean upon arrival except some food that had been missed being swept up from the floor. Lots of towels and blankets, beach items for use. Kitchen could be better stocked in terms of basic ingredients, there was only salt and pepper, we had to buy cooking oil, seasonings, etc. Pipes in master bathroom are a little loud and clanky. Condo location is perfect, waves right outside the door. We never closed the curtains, very private. beautiful pool area, but be advised if traveling with children, there are no balls, floaties, etc., allowed- it’s basically labeled as a “no fun” zone for kids, and there’s someone spying on you the entire time to make sure you’re following the rules, but understandable as it’s a small pool. Great access to beach, and everywhere you want to go is accessible by car within 20-30 min. Super convenient if you’re taking excursions out of Maalaea Harbor, 2 minute drive. We were sad to leave!

Beautiful Views...
If you're looking for a beautiful view, relaxing stay, this is your place. The beach was absolutely beautiful, turtles swimming in front of the condo, birds visiting every day. If you love the sound of the waves, we slept with the windows open every night and it was so relaxing.
The only negative is that the week before we were to head out to Hawaii, I had not received the code to get into the condo. I had a really hard time getting this info from Rosemary. It kept getting sent to the wrong email address. I had to get the owner involved in order to get the information required to access the unit (literally two days before we left).

We (family of 6) absolutely loved our 9 days stay at this property. We enjoyed the ocean view, and the central location helped us having a great vacation with a lot of activities. We really look forward to come back again.

Couldn't get closer to the ocean!
Beautiful location, right on the ocean, imagine falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing! Very quiet location, though 10-15 drive to any restaurants or stores, but I wanted something more secluded. Very clean, nice amenities (access to pool/hot tub which I didn't use, beach right on the property, laundry, beach towels, etc). Can get humid (visited in August) and the AC in the living room doesn't quite cut it for the whole place.

Beautiful and quiet
Enjoyed long sunrise walks on the beach each morning. Staying away from all the hustle and bustle was very nice and still only a 10 minute drive from everything you need. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Ocean Breeze with the sound of the waves
This condo was a great quiet place for my family of 4 to explore the south side of the island. We never once turned the AC on as the breeze coming in from the ocean was amazing!! Loved falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. It was a great quiet start to our vacation!
