New from Aug. 2019 German TV, cottage for 6 pers. in Venice,
Notre maison a été achevée en août 2018 et nous sommes heureux de vous présenter notre nouveau bâtiment. La maison est de 184 m², a 3 chambres à coucher et 2 salles de bain. Les deux salles de bains ont une douche à l'italienne et la salle de bain principale dispose en outre d'une baignoire. Les chambres sont toutes inondées de lumière et décorées dans des tons clairs et chaleureux. Le salon dispose d'une Smart TV de 55 ". La chambre d'amis et la chambre principale sont équipées d'un téléviseur de 43". Nouveau à partir d'août 2019: programme de télévision allemand disponible!
De la chambre des maîtres, qui a un lit king size, vous avez la possibilité de sauter par la porte coulissante dans la piscine. La terrasse de la piscine est supérieure à 100 mètres carrés, dispose d'une terrasse couverte (16 mètres carrés) et a une cage, qui assure que les petits animaux et les insectes ne prennent pas la peine.
La terrasse de la piscine vous invite à vous asseoir, à manger, à faire du barbecue, à nager et à vous détendre ensemble. La piscine mesure 10 × 2,6 mètres. De plus, cela a encore une zone d'eau peu profonde où vous pourrez vous détendre ou particulièrement bien adapté pour les petits enfants (sous surveillance).
Les deux chambres sont également équipées de lits king size.
Vos aménagements sont pris en charge, ce qui signifie que vous pouvez vous attendre à une maison entièrement rénovée. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. The home is very comfortable and one of the cleanest vrbo’s we’ve ever rented. The pool was fantastic for our family. We spent a lot of time outside relaxing on the lanai. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Would absolutely stay here again.

This property did not disappoint! Very comfortable and well equipped. 2 bedrooms and a bath on complete opposite ends of the house from the Master. The wrap around pool was amazing with plenty of lounge chairs and outdoor dining. The owner and Property manager were quick to respond to any questions we had. Best of all this property is only 3 miles from the beach!! Looking forward to a return trip next year.

Loved this house and everything about it! It is spacious, comfortable, clean, and bright. It's in a quiet neighborhood, but close to beaches, golf, shopping, and restaurants. The outdoor space is amazing and where we spent most of our time when we were "home." Karin was so easy to work with and ready to answer my questions. We enjoyed our stay and hope to stay again in the future.

This property (home) was amazing! Just a short drive through the neighborhood and bam you were at the beach. Bikes, toys, coolers etc… everything you could possible need or want was available to us. It may sound crazy but the laundry room was to die for! The pool was the perfect ending to our days at the beach. The only downside for us the beds are super firm and we aren’t accustom to that. But we will definitely rent this home again on our next trip to the West Coast. We highly recommend this home for your next vacation!

Perfect!!!
This was a perfect house to stay at with our kids ages 4 & 8. They swam in the pool every chance they could when we weren’t at the beaches. The neighborhood is safe and we even used the bikes provided by the owners. Very nice getaway from Chicago for spring break! Hope to book again next year or sooner!!

VILLA THE PLACE IS THE PLACE TO STAY IN VENICE FL
We had a fantastic stay! South Venice, where there are a lot of new homes being built, Villa The Place is one of the nicest and newer homes. The owners and management company are very receptive and have done a great job building and decorating their lovely home. The large pool is wonderful. There is even a 12 X 8 foot section that is only 6 inches deep which is great for children or just dipping your feet. The location is close to shopping, theaters, restaurants, beaches and other nearby activities. We enjoyed the owner provided bikes to ride two miles to Manasota Beach. The location on Heron Road is so great. With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large patio with a large dining table, many chairs and umbrellas, etc., extra large pool, outdoor grill, three large screen TV's, there will not be a better place to stay in the Venice/Sarasota area. We are already hoping to return next year after our two months here.

Good location
We made our reservation at the last minute, to attend a family event. Karin's home was modern and clean, included all necessary conveniences, and (most importantly to us) centrally located in southwest FL so that we could easily visit family members from St. Pete to Ft. Myers. We would definitely consider staying here again during an actual vacation, as the property is also near great beaches, good fishing, and downtown Venice.

Pool
It was very disappointing as we couldn’t use the pool because it was so thick with algae and bugs. The whole purpose of renting that house was because of the pool otherwise I could’ve rented for a whole lot less. By the time I left you could’ve used the pool from the 15th-17th as I left on the 18th, and that was questionable as it was still green. My friend even went home and I was embarrassed about this. Family Trip
Our group of 5 adults ranging from 22-68 visited for 5 nights. We found the garage full of shelling gear, bicycles, coolers, beach bags, and umbrellas. All great stuff and in good for the beach. Inside had all things necessary from hand soap and detergent to towels, paper towels, and plates/pots/pans. The home is beautiful, peaceful and the pool is larger than it appears in the phots. Rooms were large, airy and clean. We loved it and highly recommend.

Overall our family had a wonderful time at this property. The pool was perfect for our children, we loved how open and modern the home is. The first night we were there, we notified the property manager that a ceiling fan was stuck on, and none of the remotes worked to turn it off. During our stay we never got any batteries to replace that, so the fan in a bedroom was left on all the time. Also, we paid to have the pool heated and it wasn't heated while there. Actually the hose was in the pool when we arrived, adding cold water to the pool. My parents and my youngest son found the pool a little cool for them, which was disappointing especially since we paid to heat the pool for $10 a day and it wasn't heated. Overall, we did love the house.

Beautiful, clean house with everything
This house was beautiful and had everything one could want. I especially appreciated how thoughtfully designed it was for cleanliness. There were lots of high end surfaces that are easily cleaned, which was important to me. Karin was so nice and responded to any inquiries I made. The property manager was also very nice. It was absolutely lovely to sit on the lanai and enjoy the weather. The pool was a very comfortable temperature. The bed was comfortable, the closets were large, and the water was filtered. Really, everything about this place was great. I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again.

Our only complaint is we paid $70 ($10 p/day) for a heated pool to be at 86. That we could not use because it would not get any warmer than 70.

Absolutely Incredible!
Not only was the property above and beyond what we had expected, we were so impressed by the design that it inspired us as home builders. What a fantastic layout!
I feel truly grateful that we were able to be guests in their home. We felt welcomed and the communication was first class! The owner was so attentive and gracious.
This home had everything we needed and wanted, it was close to amenities and Venice Pier.
The home is stocked with everything even toys like bikes, coolers, floaties, poles, basically everything you could want, even the little contraptions that one uses to hunt for shark teeth. I saw people using them on the beach on day one, wondering where we could find one, and then low and behold there they were in the garage! Genius!
The house is so lovely, with all of the comforts of home. It even has that "new home" smell! So clean and flawless.
If I had to find one negative, it's that I was skeptical about the beds and if they would be comfortable but I was pleasantly surprised! Slept like a baby! So not even that is negative. It was an 11 out of 10.
We will most definitely be returning very soon.
