it was very very clean! there was everything we needed (hair dryer, iron, washing machine, kitchen, dishwasher, 2 bathrooms) the beds were really comfortable and we felt like we were at home. Martina was really nice and helped us with any questions/problems! I would book this apartment again!

it’s quite a ride to the centre of London but the bus station is right around the corner. we took the bus and the tube. it took us about 1 hour to go to the centre, for example Piccadilly Circus. the walls are thin and the closing of the doors was a bit loud.

Situation and cleanliness

Bed and settee very hard. No teapot.

Clean. Pretty well equipped. Good communication for arrival. Helpful when some things....sheets, towels...were missing. We had booked for 4 people but there wete only towels for 2...but it was immediately put right. Flexible about us arriving earlier than planned. Nice balcony getting the morning sun. Sofa very was comfortable apparently.

The heating in the apartment was very hot.

very good location, parking facilities and good family environment. Easy to co orodinate with all the staff especially Barbara was brilliant in responding in any issue we had.

The location was better than we thought it would be. We had Everything in the area that we would and we found it all by taking a back road looking for something else .

It could have an operation manual for people not from Europe.. washer Stove Trash take out But we figured it out and also the whole area had everything anyone would need stores,bank,grocery. Encourage guest to first walk around the neighborhood through M&S department store..

Was sent a number to call on arrival and someone met us with the keys. Asked at the time of booking to provide an estimated time of arrival.

The building is exceptionally hot which is not the fault of the property. Fans were provided in all the rooms but despite these it was still uncomfortable. Be fantastic in winter!!

Really Comfortable, Spotlessly clean, with stylish decor. I appeciated the attention to detail. Everything was in good working order within the property. Check in was smooth. Good communication. Big thanks to Barbara for being so welcoming. Overall its a lovely, stunning apartment and it suited our needs perfectly.

Our stay was nice, lovely apartment, neat, comfy and in a quite location. Shops Iceland, Lidl just next door, train station just about 3km away! Front desk staffs were very friendly Will definitely recommend for those that love a serene environment for holiday....

Great location in Einfield with 5 min access to metro and numerous buses. Lovely park nearby for morning walks. The apartment itself was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and self-sufficient stay. The kitchen was fully stocked with appliances (and LIdl + M&S were right around the corner) and we couldn't really find any faults with this place!

the rooms were smaller than I had anticipated; the sofa bed was very uncomfortable, the mattress was very thin. the apartment was warm/hot. Fans should have been made available in the apartment

the location is great, very close to the station and supermarkets. The apartment is super tidy and clean and the lady who welcomed me also is super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

I like the location, very easy access to train and connection with central London. Good size 2 bedrooms, nice kitchen and living room, 2 clean bathrooms with bath and shower. Easy and professional contact with the host. Highly Recommended!

The location was very convenient for our requirements, in that it was close to the event that we were attending. Was also very helpful to be so close to a supermarket and high street. It was tastefully decorated with some nice furniture and a good TV.

Unfortunately we found the apartment much to warm for us, but appreciate that for someone else it may be fine. The bed in the en-suite was extremely hard, so not comfortable I'm afraid and also the towels were hard and rough, but Ok if you like some exfoliation. Kitchen had a good oven and hob, but could have done with being a bit better equipped eg could only find one tea towel, only one sponge scourer and no cloths for wiping down surfaces, plus very little in the way of utensils and kitchen equipment.
