Persomal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Der Kaffre beim Frühstück hat uns nicht geschmeckt. Aber das ist nicht wirklich ein Kritikpunkt, sondern Geschmackssache. WC Ring war nicht richtig fixiert, so dass er beim draufsitzen immer weggerutscht ist.

Samassa kerroksessa joku epäkohtelias vieras aloitti soittamaan täysillä musiikkia 01 yöllä, mutta ilmoitettuani henkilökunnalle he hoitivat asian välittömästi :) Sijainti ehkä vähän kauempana, mutta itse olin vain 1 yön lepäämässä enkä poistunut hotelli alueelta, ei tarvinnut.

We really enjoyed our stay in the hotel the room was nice and spacious and clean, the facilities were great with both a pool and a small gym. The breakfast was good too with a good selection of both Asian and western breakfast options. The staff were by far the highlight of the hotel. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had anything we needed. Det in particular was very helpful with local recommendations and even assisted us with translation when we had to visit the local clinic.

The rooms are large and quiet. The Cafe infeont of the hotel makes breakfast a simple affair. The staff we've extremely helpful and polite.

The pool was far smaller than the hotel picture’s suggested. The location is also quite far from the main attractions and it’s an unpleasant dusty walk to the old town

Staff were incredibly kind and helpful, very talkative and spoke very good english. The gym had good AC and was sufficiently equipped. The rooms were a good size and the bed was very comfortable and the rooms were quiet and modern.

The breakfast and menu provided ample delicious and varied local and international choices. The restaurant staff was courteous and accommodating. The room was more spacious than other rooms; even the open bathroom floorpan was unexpected. The gym was nice and the staff was attentive to my questions about getting around, etc.

There is not much I would say needed improvement. It was a nice stay overall.

Comfortable and clean hotel with lots of extra touches like welcome drinks on arrival etc. Lovely room with comfortable beds and hot showers with good pressure. Very impressed with breakfast and they specifically catered for us as vegans which we really appreciated. Staff on reception and in cafe were very friendly and responsive.

Communication between day and night reception teams could be improved to ensure consistency and that everything is smooth - for example, we booked a taxi for early morning with the evening team, but the morning team didn't seem to be fully aware of this so was a bit stressful - but the taxi was organised and arrived exactly as requested so wasn't a problem, but would be good to ensure everyone is on the same page!

Staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. The S2 King Suite is great. Hotel kept immaculately clean.

No soundproofing at all, on all floors. Every noise, voice, door being closed, toilet and shower being used can be heard as though it's in the same room as you, great design visually but poor acoustically for a 4 Star Hotel. Breakfast is not good, especially for a 4 Star hotel.
